入住房間是件輕而易舉的事。客戶服務代表的工作非常出色,甚至幫助我瞭解了我預訂的旅行的信息。房間本身很破舊或很破舊,看起來和氣味都很臭。女傭服務很好,因爲牀是每天做的,但牀本身是塊狀的。浴缸裏有鏽跡。要走出房間去抽一支菸,就會遭到無家可歸者向要錢或香菸的狂轟濫炸。似乎本可以做更多的事情來保護站在酒店前面等待什麼或者只是從這種騷擾中呼吸新鮮空氣的客人。然後我發現二樓有一個陽台,客人可以去那裏抽菸。從陽台上看風景非常棒,因爲它就在伯本街,真是享受。我每天晚上都會花上幾天時間在城裏探險,然後去陽台上看風景。直到有一天晚上,我離開陽台,向電梯走去,我碰到一個婦女,她彎下腰,在牆邊尿尿,牆上有一張畫着一位女士的畫,她的眼睛上蓋着一張紙。二樓有浴室,所以我不明白她爲什麼要這麼做。我想這說明她是個什麼樣的人。我嚇壞了。如果這是在阿斯特預訂房間的那個人的代表,那酒店就不是我住的酒店了!不,我再也不會住那裏了

我會再次入住Drury Plaza。他們有豐盛的熱早餐,每天晚上都有免費的飲料,不僅僅是開胃菜。位置靠近許多很棒的旅遊地點。(我建議步行到Daisy Mae的餐廳就在街上吃一頓美味的午餐。)向前台經理Jamie大喊,他以禮貌友好的方式幫助我預訂。這也讓我們感到安全,因爲只有有鑰匙卡的客人才能進入酒店,並訪問所有的設施。我唯一要改變的是,要一個不面向主街的房間,因爲有時我們房間裏可以聽到外面忙碌的喧鬧聲,但除此之外,一切都很棒!
