新奧爾良運河聖法國區希爾頓歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans Canal St. French Quarter)

Good for what it is, close enough but not in the heart of things. Room was small but serviceable. Place was under construction when I stayed.

When arriving, our room had holes in the carpet, ripped bedding, the toilet didn’t work, and it smelled like ****. We made the front desk aware and they were very nice and accommodating. They moved us to a new room and it was great! Walking to the French quarter wasn’t too bad but a little further than I would have liked. Overall it was pretty good hotel. Not sure I would stay here again though.

our stay was amazing , we will be returning just not to the same room . the only thing i didn’t like was the fact that our tv was broke but we weren’t there to watch tv so it didn’t really bother me . the staff was very friendly and helpful

Cute decor but: No concessions. Customer service seemed friendly, but our room issues were never addressed as promised. Cleanliness wasn't horrible, but obviously lacked attention to detail. They seemed to be way understaffed which is most likely the underlying cause for all of the issues listed above. For the price, you will expect way better than you will receive. (Room air didn't work... Remote control was missing... No Telephone in the room... Calls to the front desk via cell=no answer/had to physically go to the front desk to report our toilet wouldn't flush. Carpets are dirty everywhere/doesn't smell very good...)

The hotel is cute, it’s just you get what you pay. The location is near Bourbon Street, so that’s a Bonus. I love the decoration from the room, but the hallways smells kinda weird. and the parking lot next to it is really safe (Tulane Parking). For a cute, cheap, and near location I will recommend it.

This was a stop over as our train stopped for the night in New Orleans and was to leave out in the morning. We arrived very late as our train had been delayed and staff was very helpful in getting us checked in. The room was quite comfortable. It had a refrigerator but no microwave which we would have greatly appreciated. We had to be up early to catch our train and we were unable to have a hot breakfast due to the lack of the microwave. Other than that, everything was fine. Hope to come back when we can stay longer.

Everything was great, be careful in the elevators.

The hotel was in a perfect location for walking everywhere we wanted to go. Fast, friendly service and very clean. Only downside was being charged for coffee. But will definitely stay there again!

Quand nous sommes arrivés nous savions que l'hôtel était en travaux puisque nous l'avons appris en lisant les forums. J'avais une crainte en ce qui concerne l'eau chaude dans la douche puisque j'avais lu dans les commentaires qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Nous avons eu de l'eau chaude durant notre séjour. En revanche les sons trop petits pour dormir à deux il s'agit de lit 120 cm. Donc si vous êtes quatre ne comptez pas dormir tranquillement Il faut savoir également qu'il y a des travaux tous les jours. Le petit-déjeuner est une honte ou une grosse blague. 3 semaines avant mon arrivée des gens avaient mis des commentaires en disant que le petit déjeuner était pas du tout à la hauteur. Le directeur avait dit merci de vos commentaires nous ferons tout pour nous améliorer.. 3 semaines plus tard rien n'a été amélioré. L'excuse d'être en travaux pour servir ce type de petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout valable. Il y a tout à fait la possibilité de mettre sur un comptoir au niveau de l'accueil quelques brioches des jus de fruits un appareil à gaufre un toaster un peu de confiture et du beurre. Donc si le petit-déjeuner mérite 1 sur 20 c'est simplement une question de choix de la part de la direction. Le ménag en chambre n'est pas fait puisque il faut préciser la veille que vous souhaitez qu'il soit fait. Ça aussi c'est une grosse blague car lorsque vous arrivez vous ne pouvez pas direvla veille de votre arrivée, merci de faire ma chambre. Le ménage laisse aussi à désirer.
