Upon check in, told the front desk employee that I had 2 separate reservations. One was prepaid through my company. Employee asked my name & proceeded to tell me my reservation had been cancelled instead of asking for the confirmation number from my company. Long story short, I wasn’t at the correct property to begin with. Instead of the clerk saying ma’am we have no reservations with that company so I could’ve figured out my error, she instead allowed me to move forward with expensing a room on my personal card. $680 for me to check in a room that was outdated, dirty, & had roaches. Initially I was only offered 5000 points & moved to a different room. It took the front desk manager to comp the first nights stay but refused to comp the second night after being told about her employees error. I wouldn’t recommend nor stay at this property ever again.
