The property is really cute and unique, but the lighting in the rooms isn’t the best and the tv is difficult to work. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Great location.

Perfect location. Super friendly staff. Room needed more lightening and just a little better cleaning.

I’ve stayed here for a variety of different occasions and it has always been an incredible stay. Comfy rooms, beds, customer service is top notch. I will stay here again.

Some staff could use more Hospitality skills. Anytime I had a question or concern, it’s like I had to awkwardly stand there and wait for staff to continue their social conversations. I’ve definitely had better service and hospitality all of the US. I’m from Louisiana and was kind of sad that southern hospitality was not displayed here.

They have no parking lot on the premises. They suggest me to leave my 7 suitcases on a park area away from the hotel and leave it inside the car! It is almost Mardigras and the town is full of drunk and disorderly people. They didn’t even offered me a cage to carry my suitcases to the room. I had to ask for it. The ramp for handicap in front of the hotel was blocked and they did nothing about it. I had to wait a long time to be able to come in with my scooter. If wasn’t for my husband, I would leave the premises and try to get my money back at small claims court. IT IS THE LAW THAT PUBLIC PLACES MUST HAVE HANDICAP RAMP ACCESS ALL THE TIME! I have never been so mistreated in my entire life!

Located conveniently between WWII museum and French Quarter. Didn’t need a car … was able to walk everywhere! The room? Thin walls and squeaky floors. Listened to neighbors talking til 2:30am. Elevator stranded my wife for 20 minutes and mgr was unpleasant. Other than that, restaurant was fair to good. Keep in mind, this is an old hotel with old furniture, etc.

It’s alright. It’s an old building and looks old. I’m not sure what the balance is between a historic, boutique hotel and an old, dingy one. The elevators are creaky, rugs are stained, walls are thin, and there’s dust in the corner of the room/bathroom. The fan in the room is a nice feature but clanks on medium and high. We didn’t see an AC control, though the room stayed cool for early February. We had an outside room with a window view of a business next door. The curtains don’t quite blackout the room. The bathtub pools water. I paid for a premium room that looks like a studio with small seating area in the picture. Our room had a single chair and otherwise a standard king room.
