ロケーションは最良でした。フレンチクォーターやリバーウォークに近くストリートカーも大変利用しやすい所にありました。ただ、床の壁が薄くて上階の音がすごくうるさく眠れませんでした。また窓がない部屋だったので（窓がない部屋の方が多いような気がします）時間の感覚が全く掴めなかったのでしんどかったです。

front desk was wonderful & helped with all our last minute needs. In a beautiful location, and had excellent restaurant, cafe, and gallery attached.

Front of house and reception was fine but rooms are lacking. Original room had no bedside lights as they had been broken off of the bed and some cheap fabric put over the holes and the main light was not working. We were finally moved t another room that didn't have a safety deposit box and had a plastic waste pipe running across the wall. The concept is fine but the quality is poor and the receptionist admitted that she didn't know what was in each room. Breakfast service was slow and the lady seemed more interested in talking to her colleague than serving. Concept and initial reaction was good but rooms and execution poor.

Very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very cool vibes. Ron’s were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location too - welding distance to the exhibition centre and bourbon street. Would definitely recommend.

冷蔵庫が壊れていたことは不満でしたが、総じてスタッフの対応は良かったです。 部屋も十分な広さがあり、快適でした。値段相応でした。

クラシックなホテルでしたが、設備は整っていて清潔でした。スタッフも親しみやすく親切でした。ただ、建物自体が古いせいか、隣室や廊下の音がかなり響きます。 周辺の治安はかなり良く、静かで夜間でも不安を感じることはありませんでした。近くに安くて美味しい人気のダイナーもあります。

Honestly, this property was very lackluster. I don’t believe the photos really matched the actual rooms. The cleanliness was subpar. I had to clean a stain off of the seat of the toilet in the restroom of the room I booked. Which tells me that cleaning is very quick and maybe someone isn’t paying attention. The staff themselves were very very kind. The front desk manager, the hosts, and the girls working at the cafe made the stay worth it. Other than that, there wasn’t much of note for me to speak on. The lobby is cute. I’ll give it that. Unfortunately, that is not enough to make me rebook this hotel.

Very old hotel and it shows. Queen bed felt more like a full size and was very uncomfortable. No special amenities in the room. They made me pay $20 for an amenity fee but I was not even given water bottles. The walls are incredibly thin - heard our neighbor having a loud party at 2am. The water and ice dispenser did not work on our floor. I had to go to 2 different floors to get ice and no water. Overall, I would warm others not to book this hotel if you want a comfortable stay. For $325 a night, I was disappointed.
