We didn't expect the apartment to have two bathrooms. The location is excellent, close to the beach and town centre.

L'emplacement est bien mais c'est la seule chose positive. Les chambres sont poussiéreuses, les salles de bain sont vieilles et peu fonctionnelles et la cuisine est mal équipée. Et le service : HORRIBLE ! Nous sommes venus avec un nouveau né et un toddler et au milieu du séjour, ils ont refait de la peinture. Des émanations de peinture dans tout l'appartement ! On nous dit que "c'est pas grave, de notre temps on faisait la peinture avec les enfants dans la pièce". Ce n'est pas acceptable, nous changeons donc d'hôtel sur le champ car c'est un danger sanitaire. Mais malgré LEUR faute, ils ne nous remboursent pas les nuits restantes. La seule chose qu'on nous propose c'est un changement de chambre pour passer d'une suite au 7e étage avec vue océan, contre une chambre au 1er étage avec vue parking et bien sûr, sans compensation financière ! C'est tout simplement INADMISSIBLE !!!

Lovely apartment within walking distance to shops, clubs and beach. Great parking facilities. Microwave, toaster and kettle available in studio apartment. Good sized room including a spa bath and shower. Guest swimming pool and BBQ area plus the addition of a roof top spa with amazing views.

Great location with clean well maintained ammenities. Friendly reception. Apartment is well equipped, affordable, clean with nice view. Only negative comment would be that aircon did not reach main bedroom and no screens on sliding door so very hot to sleep in. Also could replace a blind in that room that had holes. Overall it was a great place to stay and would come again.

Stayed at Ki-ea Apartments for 2 weeks. Tim and the team were fantastic and ensured we had a great stay. The apartment was unreal, spacious and clean with great views. It was close to the beach, town and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

We had some trouble with our reservation because of the Cyclone Alfredo and they helped us with everything related to that. They even contacter some other service on our behalf, which they didn't had to do. Best service ever we had in an hotel.

Best stay in room 431A at Ki-Ea apartments in Port Macquarie. Apartment was spacious, clean, beautiful spa and great furnishings. The complex has fantastic facilities including a rooftop spa, pool, sauna and kids pool. It's so close to the beach, like 4 min walk and walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Our room was really nice

My mother and I stayed in apartment 322 for a 3 night stay. We both rated the whole experience very highly! The apartment was very well equipped and the 2 bathrooms was a great bonus. There was a washing machine and dryer in the second bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment and a dishwasher. The couch was roomy and the TV was huge with lots of FOXTEL channels. The balcony was huge with a full dining table and also outdoor lounge. We felt very fancy eating our breakfast and dinner out there and we could see the ocean if standing up! It was great to be able to park undercover under the complex as it was easy walking distance to the shops. Reception was closed when we arrived, but they sent me a text message to explain how to get the keys, which was a well explained and easy process. We loved everything about our stay and would definitely return on our next trip to Port Macquarie!
