初次預訂後，我又住了一晚。服務仍然一如既往的出色。哦哦，請向前台詢問如何搭乘計程車前往機場。比 uber 或 lyft 便宜很多。

飯店乾淨、寬敞、環境不錯！

We soent over an hour attempting to check-in, however Reservations desk could not find our Trip.com reservations. We sat in the hotel lobby, and attempted to log-in with my personal laptop and mobile device to give my Trip.com booking reservation info to the Clerk, but Alder Hotel policy deemed you must be a guest to log-in to their internet services, thus we were unable to connect to show our booking confirmation. The Hotel Valet Clerk was exceptional, she offered to keep our car parked in front of hotel Alder until we could get checked in. The Front Desk Clerk was friendly, but there was nothing she could do and she did not have a room availabke for the price Trio.com offerref. Since we could not confirm our reservation, we left the hotel, after driving 9 hours and were totally exhausted at 9:00 pm, we contacted a friend who got us a reservation at another hotel, with lesser amenities, in the Uptown area, further away from our business meeting the next day. As senior travelers and as a Disabled Veteran, this was a very undesirable and exhaustive evening. Very dissatisfied with this process and outcome! Requesting assistance with full refund! Thank you.

This is a clean and well-sorted property with all the basic amenities and no frills.  It’s a great uptown location for those who are visiting the universities or Ochsner.  There are no fitness facilities, however you can go to any number of local gyms and buy a day pass if necessary.  Overall, a great place to stay if you’re seeking basic accommodations at a reasonable price.

I was surprised when we pulled up to the hotel, it felt very isolated from any type of district or neighborhood. It didn’t feel walkable to anything, but if you walk three blocks south you’ll find Feret street and plenty of interesting restaurants and businesses. The location was very convenient for our quick stopover to visit a friend at Tulane. The staff was always quick to welcome us as we passed through the lobby and we enjoyed the midcentury vibe. I don’t know that I would’ve used the pool as it was tucked behind the building and the building mechanicals and surrounded by the medical center buildings. Same for the balconies, you’re not going to be looking at anything other than the medical buildings or the parking lot. The room had a slight odor from the hvac unit. All of this to say, that for the 12 hours we stayed, it was everything we needed. Free parking allowed us to constantly come and go in our car and the proximity to the hwy allowed us to get a quick start on our 12 hour drive home.

I had a great stay at the alder hotel. They have convenient parking right across the street. Their staff was very friendly and nice, very helpful when I visited New Orleans for the first time during Mardi Gras. Their lobby was decorated so pretty with the Mardi Gras trees. Our room was also very clean which was the most important detail to me. I would stay at this hotel again!

This place was absolutely disgusting! From the time I walked in I was mortified! There were stains on everything in the room from the pillows to the glasses left in the room. The bathroom had a disgusting limescale residue! And the hallway had a weird smell as well. The pictures presented are very misleading! -5/10 would not recommend!

The Alder Hotel was conveniently located for our trip to see Tulane and get a taste of New Orleans. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and the hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to some good places to eat. And the outdoor pool was a nice bonus after we spent a long day walking all around the city.
