Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das gesamte Personal war extrem freundlich und aufmerksam, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war großartig – reichhaltig, frisch und zusätzlich konnte man auch à la carte bestellen, was bereits inkludiert war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das traumhafte Spa mit Sauna und der herrliche Outdoorpool mit tollem Ausblick – einfach zum Entspannen. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Es gab ein bisschen zu wenige Liegen am Pool. Ansonsten war wirklich alles perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel absolut empfehlen!

A very beautiful, new hotel with exceptional, high-end furniture pieces. Wonderful ambiance and interior. Excellent breakfast and an outstanding dinner. I highly recommend the half-board option. A three-course menu, but with very generous portions and top-quality, delicious food. The hotel truly impressed us, and we will definitely return. + Reasonably priced coffee - No coffee machine in the room

這是我們第二次入住奧帕提亞凱特飯店 (Keight Hotel Opatija)，整體來說非常滿意。飯店設施齊全，乾淨整潔，高標準與上次入住相比絲毫未變。今年，我們特意再次選擇這家酒店慶祝女兒的生日，並邀請了家人。由於我和丈夫都是金卡會員，所以我透過希爾頓榮譽客會帳戶為客人預訂了房間。我事先與希爾頓客服溝通過此事，他們保證不會有任何問題。但不幸的是，我客人的金卡會員身分在入住時無法被識別。我們特意預訂了不含早餐的客房，因為早餐是金卡會員的福利。儘管我們指出了這一點，但酒店既不熱情周到，也沒有提供其他解決方案。這尤其令人遺憾，因為我們的客人帶著嬰兒出行，如果能提前入住，對家庭旅客來說會非常方便。我們感到失望的僅僅是接待處和希爾頓金卡會員福利的執行情況，而不是飯店現場服務團隊。承諾不兌現。他們敷衍了事，說會優先安排你，結果你只能在大廳裡等著，眼睜睜看著其他客人比帶孩子的客人先拿到房間。我們真是太失望了！

Hotel is excellent! We arrived and before we left the car, concierge was there to take our luggage and park the car for us. Check in was very fast and simple. Josip at the front desk was amazing, at check in and at check out. Breakfast is top notch, food is delicious and staff is excellent, especially Ljiljana which went over and beyond every morning! Rooftop bar is great for a nice drink with fantastic view! We went to SPA and OMG- huge pool and relaxation area is amazing! Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy and barrooms are great! We couldn’t fault anything in this hotel and would def be back! Davor as a GM is a real gent and should be very proud of his staff and himself as can’t complain how this hotel is run!

The staff tries to be kind, but is uneducated and incompetent. We parked the car in the garage, and after an hour when I wanted to take something out of the car I found out that the car had been moved to another, public garage, 500 meters away, without my knowledge. Revolted by this behavior, we left the hotel, without consuming the overnight stay or any services. They duly charged us for the night.

非常適合在奧帕蒂亞停留。非常乾淨並且實用。室內泳池有一些小瑕疵，雖然太小，但仍然適合悠閒地游泳。早餐確實很棒。如果我回到奧帕蒂亞我一定會回去。
