酒店很漂亮,很乾淨,但房間有點,牀也有點小

這是我第一次在這家酒店短暫停留。從我開始在前台接待的旅程中,與“賽義夫”先生及其熱情的歡迎和持續的微笑,通過寬闊的,乾淨的房間,新的傢俱和許多設施,管家“Samy”的良好服務,路過最體面,支持和樂於助人的餐廳經理;“Taher”先生和他的專業團隊,再次在前台結束,熱情的“再見”Abd AlRahman先生。從我的角度來看,除了酒店離“聖地”遠,是麥加最好的酒店之一。

我10點到達旅館,接待處的女士告訴我們去 Omra ,回來拿房間,我是一個金費爾蒙特的成員,受到了嚴重的待遇。我們2:30回來,發現房間還沒準備好,被告知入住時間是4PM,但是在到達的一天之前,他們打電話問我什麼時候房間要準備好。每個顧客接待員都把我帶到另一個根本不實用的地方,我醒了12個小時以上,每天結束的時候,我都會把我扔到一邊。經過一番爭吵之後,我們終於找到了房間,我知道其中一個房間充滿了昆蟲,另一個房間是鄰居吵鬧的。當我打了幾次電話告訴接待處時,他們換了兩個房間,我們不得不等15分鐘才能坐扶梯。總的來說,我在這家酒店的經歷真的是 baaaaaad ,不會推薦給任何人。唯一積極的一點是,去聖地只有幾步路,除了沒有什麼值得,即使你和接待員的人說話,他們不會回答,因爲他們不聽,而我是一個黃金會員加上旅行顧問級別如果我是一個普通的客人,會發生什麼事呢?他們使我的日子變得艱難和悲慘

非常好的酒店..房間很好很寬敞。從酒店可以看到卡巴的景色非常好。早餐絕對很棒。很好的傳播,有很多選擇。我們得到了如此多的照顧,特別是阿什拉夫先生非常非常樂於助人,爲我們提供了額外的幫助,甚至爲我媽媽詳細地照顧我們。這就是你所說的熱情好客。我的評分*****。必須嘗試像阿什拉夫這樣的人,使其他屬性與這一點不同。

Very personalized service by Mr Bunbun in Al Firdaous restaurants. What a wonderful warm friendly man who made sure we had excellent experience. Thanks God I always get hotel in Movenpick with facilities are very good and comfortable. We had an exceptional breakfast and lunch in Movenpick Restaurants. The staff in Restaurants friendly, good hospitality and most welcome. Well done to MOVENPICK MAKKAH TEAM.

The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to Haram. The service was really fast and efficient. The rooms although, were slightly old and felt used and not as “clean” as some of the other clock tower hotel rooms. Also the amenities in the bathroom can be improved by adding more like toothbrush toothpaste were not included which we expected. Also there was no blow drier or oven in the room to heat up food items. These improvements can lead to a better experience and for us to book again with Pullman Zamzam.

I want to share my exceptional experience at the hotel. Every single employee was professional and respectful. They were always ready to help before even asking. Anything we requested during our stay was brought within minutes. We were amazed by their kindness and helpfulness. All employees, without exception, were extremely nice and professional. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The shower products were of extremely high quality. The breakfast and dinner buffets were extraordinary, and the waiters were beyond nice. They would come to the table before I even raised my hand to ask for help and checked on us frequently. They even helped me take my plates from the buffet to my table without me asking them. All the restaurant employees, starting from the reception, were welcoming and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's great location next to the Holy mosque made it easy to visit at any time. Jumeira will be my hotel of choice for my future stays.

We had a great stay in Adress Jabal Omar! We will be back soon, in sha Allah. The staff is very polite and helpful. Especially Roaa from the restaurant (standing at the reception). Such a sweet girl! They also think about people with special needs. Although there is a bus bringing you to the Haram, they also offer a taxi with a elevator for wheelchairs. There was a minus: we had a stay of 5 nights and 6 days, the breakfast was everyday for 90% the same. Which is a big no for a 5 star hotel.

房間入住很好,城市景觀很棒,公交服務很好,因爲公交車是新的,運行24/7,WIFI也不錯。乾淨衛生,工作人員行爲也不錯。酒店很大,所以很忙,但一切都很順利
