Hotel Review: Raffles Makkah Palace My recent stay at Raffles Makkah Palace was absolutely outstanding, offering a seamless blend of luxury, thoughtful touches, and exceptional service that made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. 根據之前的評論。對於這次預訂,感謝Haitam先生對我進行了抨擊。我得到了靠近電梯的房間。非常感謝🙂平均而言,我等了不到1分鐘的電梯。額外2-5minutes從酒店坐班車到達庫迪汽車站。6-8minutes從庫迪汽車站步行到清真寺。從清真寺回酒店高峯時間需要更長的時間。總的來說,我強烈推薦這家酒店。

我對入住期間的清潔度非常失望。入住時，我發現洗手間的肥皂在上一位客人之後就沒有換過——這在衛生標準上是不可接受的。此外，我在入住前多次嘗試使用提供的電話號碼聯絡飯店，但都聯絡不上。在最需要幫助的時候卻無法聯絡上，真是令人沮喪。酒店本身不錯，但服務確實需要改進。

我住在麥加諾富特酒店，總體來說一切都很棒。唯一的缺點是距離禁寺（Masjidil Haram）有點遠，不過飯店提供接駁車服務。不過，要注意的是，班車必須在祈禱時間前至少30分鐘到達，並且最晚在宣禮前20分鐘出發。
