Hotel Review: Raffles Makkah Palace My recent stay at Raffles Makkah Palace was absolutely outstanding, offering a seamless blend of luxury, thoughtful touches, and exceptional service that made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and look forward to returning for another incredible stay.

沒什麼可說的,除了這絕對是你所謂的5星級。從順利入住到退房一切都很完美。位置很好到哈拉姆。頂級酒店餐廳/自助餐。食物上有這麼多選擇。整個酒店看起來也很棒,大堂很大。服務質量從房子前面到所有搬運工/清潔工/廚師。 在酒店內建造的美麗的清真寺。強烈推薦,可能有點貴,但說實話,你會100%得到你的錢,特別是對於umrah/hajj。我在那裏度過了最後幾天的拉馬丹和開齋節,想着這段時間會有多忙,可能得不到良好的服務或延遲入住等,但完全相反。值得每一分錢。我最初來自英國,所以期待質量我付出的價格。絕對全部付清。

入住Makkah Swissôtel,真的是非常棒的體驗。位置非常的優越,走幾步就到Haram Mosque,方便拜拜。從房間到Haram的景色非常漂亮,讓心曠神怡。 我住的房間乾淨,寬敞,舒適,設施齊全。服務人員也很友好,隨時幫忙提供任何需求。酒店餐廳提供的食物也多樣化,美味,適合各種口味。 總體來說,Makkah Swissôtel 在聖地期間提供最大的便利。強烈推薦給任何想要在清真寺附近獲得難忘的住宿體驗的人。

كل شي جميل و رائع في الفندق. عدا المواقف اليوم للنزلاء ب ١٨٥ ريال والمشكله ان المواقف معزوله عن الفندق وضياع عشان تطلع مدخل الفندق لافيه لوحات إرشاديه ولا موظفين يبلغونك بالوضع. وتطلع من المواقف على ساحه خارجيه للفندق أستغرب ذلك!!!

它與大樓內的其他酒店非常相似。它的不同之處在於它具有更現代主義的家具風格；而當地其他酒店則採用古老優雅的風格。 飯店提供比四點飯店更好的服務，因為房間裡有熨斗等。不過早餐比附近飯店貴一倍多，所以我沒有在Park Inn吃早餐。

我對入住期間的清潔度非常失望。入住時，我發現洗手間的肥皂在上一位客人之後就沒有換過——這在衛生標準上是不可接受的。此外，我在入住前多次嘗試使用提供的電話號碼聯絡飯店，但都聯絡不上。在最需要幫助的時候卻無法聯絡上，真是令人沮喪。酒店本身不錯，但服務確實需要改進。

住了三天。清潔度非常好。飯店還算新。設施齊全，包括熨衣板。衣櫃裡還有備用枕頭和毯子。四人房對於三個大行李箱來說有點擠。食物還不錯，但早餐沒有米飯。飯店有專門的接駁車前往聖地（Haram），在Sheb Amer終點站下車。對年輕人來說，步行到聖地還算方便。對於很少走路的印尼老人來說，走路會比較困難。前台服務也很熱情。飯店外有很多黑車，價格高得離譜。到目前為止，這家諾富特酒店還不錯。

住在卡比亞山酒店是非常有趣的。服務非常出色,工作人員也很專業,禮貌。食物質量和多樣性都很棒。期待在下次訪問中再次住在這家酒店。強烈推薦他......
