My recent stay at Raffles Makkah Palace was absolutely outstanding, offering a seamless blend of luxury, thoughtful touches, and exceptional service that made our experience unforgettable.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards.
A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated.
One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care.
The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate.
Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions.
The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience.
Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and look forward to returning for another incredible stay.

訪訪客用戶沒什麼可說的,除了這絕對是你所謂的5星級。從順利入住到退房一切都很完美。位置很好到哈拉姆。頂級酒店餐廳/自助餐。食物上有這麼多選擇。整個酒店看起來也很棒,大堂很大。服務質量從房子前面到所有搬運工/清潔工/廚師。
在酒店內建造的美麗的清真寺。強烈推薦,可能有點貴,但說實話,你會100%得到你的錢,特別是對於umrah/hajj。我在那裏度過了最後幾天的拉馬丹和開齋節,想着這段時間會有多忙,可能得不到良好的服務或延遲入住等,但完全相反。值得每一分錢。我最初來自英國,所以期待質量我付出的價格。絕對全部付清。

訪訪客用戶One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Extremely close to the haraam with two entrances either via outside the street past al safah tower or can go through the clock tower. You have the option of both safa tower and the clock tower for food and shopping. The service was brilliant. Honestly there is absolutely nothing I could even complain about. If I was to return again I would 100% book again. The staff are absolutely amazing.

QQuancunのxiwang~xiaohuang有機會住進該酒店，人生的格局已被徹底打開！酒店距離禁寺有地下通道聯通，房間寬敞舒適，安靜衞生，早餐較為豐盛，最重要的是房間裏的景色無敵了！！！工作人員熱情周到，就是在高峯期辦理入住手續效率比較低，等了半個小時，其他都不錯……總體而言，非常喜歡！！！！有機會再來！！！

AAnonymous user 1我很震驚,首先他們給了我們9樓的房間,房間被爛到核心(圖片將提供)。然後他們給了我們 Riyan 說的另一個裝修的房間,他很有幫助。行李花了一個小時才上來。不尋常的看到,我的一個行李被打開,鎖在行李箱裏。當我抱怨時,費薩爾先生非常有幫助,他說他會檢查ctv攝像頭。沒有和我回來,所以幾個小時後,我和夜間經理交談,他說我們看了相機,沒有人打開行李。早上當我要求查看中央電視台的鏡頭時,他們說沒有!這似乎是一個無聊的答案!所以我聯繫了Movenpick酒店,我們也在那裏住了一晚,他們仍然說從警察局得到一份報告,歡迎你看到錄像!當我們最後一張照片的行李箱被帶到uber顯示我們有多少件照片中清楚地顯示鎖在上面!然後在Movenpick我們沒有打開那個行李箱,搬到了Pullman。現在打電話給普爾曼,他們一直在引用電話,正如我向我與我交談的人解釋的那樣,如果Movenpick說在警察報告後查看 cctv 是可以的,我也可以查看你的錄像嗎!他們一直在引用電話。所以我最後向大使館報告了事件。如果這件事發生在任何人身上,到爾曼總部,並向大使館報告。我很震驚,沒有認真對待。。!請照顧好你的行李!!!!不管鎖着,亞洲員工不值得信賴

Vvivi normalia房間很寬敞，乾淨，設施齊全，還有微波爐，我們住在5號塔，很舒服。工作人員很友好而且資訊豐富。距離可能不是太大的障礙，因為隨時都有班車，也許週五的班車數量可以改進，因為很滿很忙，總體滿意，謝謝。

IIsrul Nasution我住在麥加諾富特酒店，總體來說一切都很棒。唯一的缺點是距離禁寺（Masjidil Haram）有點遠，不過飯店提供接駁車服務。不過，要注意的是，班車必須在祈禱時間前至少30分鐘到達，並且最晚在宣禮前20分鐘出發。
