沒什麼可說的,除了這絕對是你所謂的5星級。從順利入住到退房一切都很完美。位置很好到哈拉姆。頂級酒店餐廳/自助餐。食物上有這麼多選擇。整個酒店看起來也很棒,大堂很大。服務質量從房子前面到所有搬運工/清潔工/廚師。 在酒店內建造的美麗的清真寺。強烈推薦,可能有點貴,但說實話,你會100%得到你的錢,特別是對於umrah/hajj。我在那裏度過了最後幾天的拉馬丹和開齋節,想着這段時間會有多忙,可能得不到良好的服務或延遲入住等,但完全相反。值得每一分錢。我最初來自英國,所以期待質量我付出的價格。絕對全部付清。

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. 我住在麥加諾富特酒店，總體來說一切都很棒。唯一的缺點是距離禁寺（Masjidil Haram）有點遠，不過飯店提供接駁車服務。不過，要注意的是，班車必須在祈禱時間前至少30分鐘到達，並且最晚在宣禮前20分鐘出發。
