河內親子旅遊

酒店位置好，近還劍湖，周圍吃飯的地方很多，到哪都方便。房間很乾凈，早餐很贊！酒店工作人員都很nice，能看出在服務方面下了很多功夫。尤其是Nova，專門的中文對接人員，管家服務，非常貼心熱情，中文也很好。向她諮詢了去下龍灣旅遊的事宜，並最終從這裏定了兩天一晚的遊船，事實證明非常明智，特別完美的旅行！

第一眼見到它， 就認定它是我的夢中情店， 這次有機會來越南， 首站便直奔河內， 真的是為它策劃了一旅行。 河內嘉佩樂是嘉佩樂的第8家酒店， 也是我打卡的第二家Bill Bensley設計的酒店。 Bill Bensley結合整個街區的風格， 以“歌劇盛世”為靈感， 描繪出藝術戲劇的效果。 Xin chào！ 剛進門就有專人熱情招呼， 引領到大堂的沙發落座。 一層公共空間沒有多大， 轉角是開放式酒吧， 猩紅的幕布與翠綠的植株圍成怪誕而夢幻的秀場。 大堂部分他們叫做“起居室”， 在這裏全天無限量免費供應各類水酒及水果小食， 下午3點到4點還有蛋糕可以提供。 穿過前台， 來到眾神託起的金碧輝煌的電梯廳， 一不留神差點沒注意到電梯的方向。 酒店共有47套典雅客房， 每個樓層都有藝術家、設計師、音樂家等各自主題， 甚至每間客房都有對應主題的大師和不同風格的戲劇場景。 這次入住有幸被升級到了嘉佩樂套房， 酒店訊息上寫着83㎡， 但因為空間大面積巧妙運用了鏡子， 顯得房間非常的大。 房間內無酒精飲料全都免費， 客房迷你吧每天補充一次。 千萬不要小看了嘉佩樂裏的任何東西， 都不是普通產品， 一包小小的薯片都是來自西班牙的el Valle， 巧克力是越南非常有名的手工巧克力品牌Marou， 還有越南本土堅果品牌NX， 瓶蓋也被扣上印有嘉佩樂logo的木頭蓋。 説起這個， 嘉佩樂真是酒店界的乾隆， 肉眼所見的東西基本上都有他的logo。 河內嘉佩樂還有早餐不得不提， 單點加自助， 請一定要仔細看菜單， 非常多值得嘗試的菜品。 早餐就能豪橫的無限點生蠔還有誰？ 牛排不也得試一試？ 在地的河粉也不輸外面小攤， 總之每一樣都值得嘗試， 早上8點就來吃早餐的我們硬是待到了11點結束。 離開酒店時突然感歎此行的短暫。 DIVA送我出門：“看得出來您已經愛上了這裏” “沒錯。我已淪為Bill Bensley的教徒”  “再飲一杯吧，期待您回到這裏”。

The service is consistent and professional throughout. It has been, in fact, enhanced since my previous stay during it's opening year. For one, the executive lounge is in full swing, albeit plagued by occasional inconsiderate guests who talk for prolonged periods on their mobile phones or book the meeting room for the purpose of dining with their friends on the pretext of discussing work. The lobby moniterance can be more effective i.e. enforcing orderly conduct and behaviour over rowdy and aggressive mainland Chinese tourists. Devices and voices should be kept to a minimum in public spaces to maintain proper decorum. The hotel ground staff need to be more vigilant in this regard. That said, the service staff are to be highly commended. The Guest Experience Manager, Ms. Hannah, is extremely approachable and knowledgeable. She provided me with valuable tips on places of interests within the city and beyond. She always makes herself available and is often seen interacting passionately with guests around the property. Certainly, the executive lounge staff, Lucas, Kevin, Audrey, Estee, Lynn and Crystal are very attentive and guest-centric. No request is ever overwhelming for them and they portray the executive lounge to a very high standard. I was touched by staff who recognised me though my previous stay was some two years back. Concierge, Mr. Ku, welcomed me warmly with his sincere and genuine hospitality style. The Duty Manager, Mr. Harry, did his best to resolve my room issues and was always following up diligently on my preferences. Front Office staff, Ellen and Anna, who were also present since the opening of the hotel, maintain their friendly and charming dispositions. The lobby bar staff are impressive, with dedicated staff like Duc and Mr. Thang, the outlet manager, who remembered me by name and concocted a special ginger/lemongrass tea when he found out that I had a dry throat. 非常好的酒店，非常友好的工作人員！ 酒店在一個商場附近，公寓是比較現代化的那種，還有泳池可惜一直沒時間去 房間很大很乾凈，安保也不錯 租摩託車的小夥伴可以停在地下停車場 工作人員非常負責！感謝

What a lovely hotel. We landed on our first day in Hanoi at this lovely property, just overlooking the lake. Its a nice, calm, quaint area with cafes and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious, best amongst all the other hotels that we stayed in.. The room, bathroom has a luxurious and Victorian kind of feel. The staff at the reception, entrance also at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful. The breakfast is also very nice, lot of variety.. thoughtful to have a little Indian food counter for breakfast. All in all we had a great stay. Thank You.

A wonderful hotel. It is a haven in the chaos of busy Hanoi. It is well located with many options surrounding it also very clean, all as advertised. The staff are also fabulous. We were there as part of an organised tour. I don't agree that I need 200 characters to submit a review

如果你是國際旅行者,要避開這個地方。即使出租車司機也沒有標誌牌,找到主要接待樓也是個挑戰。會議中心校園內或附近沒有便利店或任何東西。接待人員很簡陋,要求現金押金,因爲郵政機似乎沒有功能。她想拿着我的護照作爲擔保,這很荒謬。房間很基本。沒有辦公桌。洗漱用品不合標準。只有幾個衣架可以放衣服。小冰箱只有兩瓶水,一隻紅牛和一杯可樂(他們要100美元的現金押金)!!!電視頻道沒用。餐廳和房間訂單都關門了9.30pm。所以不準備食物或者早吃晚餐的話,一個人要餓着肚子睡覺。早上的早餐很薄的散開,他們開始在9.30am之前清理乾淨。我要求加一個咖啡包(3-in-1),他們拒絕了,說不!!唯一的積極因素是別墅外面的草坪環境。對於想要入住一棟別墅的預算意識旅遊團來說,酒店更適合。商務遊客應該避免這個地方。

越南地標裏的不錯的商務酒店，不是在老城區，近韓國街道，所以韓國人特別多，酒店大堂在62樓，房間有點年限，衞生打理的非常好。前台職員服務態度不錯。我到的時候是上午，這個季節不算是旅遊旺季，所以就可以直接辦理入住手續。提前在評論裏看到有會中文的職員，但是他沒在，韓國職員接待，我的韓語比英文好太多，辦理入住整個過程就很舒服。酒店早餐裏韓餐也多，鮮榨果汁種類比較多，吸管是蘆葦桿還是什麼植物，感覺很環保的樣子。樓下1樓有星巴克，韓國的葯店、銀行、麪包連鎖店、甚至還有韓國美髮店，飯店，走路十幾分鐘的路程就到韓國美食街，那邊美食跟韓國當地一模一樣，價格也跟韓國一樣，甚至更貴。沒想到在越南能吃到正宗的韓國料理，我本人比較喜歡吃韓餐，住在這裏也是提前瞭解到離韓國街近。整體挺滿意，下次過來還會選擇這裏。

Hi, we moved in Aug-22 during COVID and have never left because the service is so good. Special mention to our housekeeper, Ms Lan and her supervisor Ms Diep, who continually go beyond the normal expectations of housekeeping. For example, when we were away on holiday they provided constant feedback and photos on what was being done in our apartment during a major clean. They also have left flowers on our table at their own cost when there was a significant event in our lives. We truly appreciate them.

I stayed for two nights at Club Junior Suite. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room condition and staff service were impeccable. Especially, I was impressed with the service provided by Ms. Oanh, who tried to give the best service to my family. She well understood our needs and arranged everything to make our stay at the hotel comfortable and enjoyable. However, I am slightly disappointed with construction work underway during my stay. I was unable to fully enjoy all the facilities.
