河內附早餐的飯店

1.地理位置絕佳，旁邊就是還劍湖，去各個知名景點都很方便。 2.服務是亮點，服務太好了，一對一針對性服務，前台工作人員還會送你到房間，非常熱情，英語很好，還有會中文的一個男生。 3.缺點是房間相對國內窄一些，河內老城酒店的共性吧，房間的兩瓶礦泉水，竟然是收費的，這裏值得改進一下。

非常好的服務品質，衛生情況良好，泳池風景非常棒，早餐豐盛，地點非常方便，下次再造訪河內會再入住，推薦大家來。

Victor Metropolis Hotel 的位置確實很方便。接待人員也非常友好和樂於助人。他們很有禮貌，隨時都會提供協助。飯店高約 9 層，第 10 層設有屋頂酒吧。 房間相對較小，尤其是廁所，配有浴缸淋浴區（對於兒童/老年人來說，進出時可能會非常滑）。提供了足夠的便利設施（如肥皂/牙刷）等，但要做好準備，品質可能不是最好的。 另外，請注意，沒有很多插座插頭可供充電。您必須拔掉床頭燈或其他電器的插頭才能為自己的裝置充電。整體來說，體驗還是不錯的，價格也合適！

這是一個在河內市中心的酒店，離西湖很近，美婷汽車站、河內火車站打taxi15分鐘。機場來酒店需要一個小時，因為河內太堵車了。 酒店前台很友好，會英語，以及一點中文。餐廳服務員也親善，煮的河粉味道不錯。 房間設備齊全，但略顯老舊，冰箱製冷效果有限，吹風機效率一般。樓頂酒吧不錯，健身房基礎設施配套，泳池因為水冷沒有體驗。 衞生條件尚可，不知道是因為河內比較悶熱濕潤，還是透氣問題，整個酒店及客房有些潮濕味。開空調了就好很多。不過酒店應該檢查一下浴巾，有一條上油喇子味很重。 早餐很不錯，有越南特色的牛肉河粉、法棍麪包，也有西式早餐的基本內容。煮咖啡味道很好，맛있어요. 最後是酒店周邊，應該是居民區，小餐廳不少，有本地市場，但極少人會英語中文韓語。 總結，同價位很優秀的酒店，適合我們這種喜歡探索City walk的背包客，以後還會住。

這家旅館最大的亮點是前台那位年輕的女士。她風趣幽默，知識淵博，樂於助人，而且英語也不錯。客房服務人員才是問題所在。我們預訂了4間房，其中3間還行，但有一間房在我們入住的3晚裡一直有蟑螂問題（房間裡發現了10多隻蟑螂）。

從黃劍湖騎摩托車大約10分鐘即可到達，飯店附近有許多咖啡廳和日本餐廳。 員工熱情友善。 房間乾淨整潔。 我房間的無線網路訊號很弱，載入很慢，4G網路也很弱。無線網路訊號很弱，真是可惜。 浴室水壓很大，加熱很快。雖然很棒，但地漏在外面，離淋浴間很遠，所以每次淋浴時，水很容易溢到外面的地板上。 總的來說，交通便利，接待熱情，早餐也很美味，所以還算可以。

Stayed at Hoa Hoang Hotel for 3 weeks. Service: 1. The front desk receptionist, Nga, is helpful, patient, and polite. She is always cheerful and attentive, even while handling calls and assisting other guests. She addressed my concerns clearly, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant to communicate with. 2. Breakfast buffet: staff is always on their feet. I see there’s two main servers, sometimes a third one. They’re very focused but it’s also because they have a lot of tasks - prep, cook, clean, replenish and clear all the dining tables. The tables are not always wiped down, but if you ask, they will address it immediately. Two weeks in, they hired a fourth server which was nice because tables were cleared and cleaned faster. There were a variety of food options with a few soup dishes that rotated each day. They serve mainly carbs and didn’t have many vegetarian options and not a lot of protein in general. They had breakfast chits that we would have to collect from the front desk each day and hand-in to the breakfast staff, they’re very on top of collecting the chits. 3. Room service: We never ordered food to the room. For a few nights, we did order dinner (rice, meat and a veggie dish). They can make anything you ask for either for lunch or dinner. If you don’t feel like going out, their cooking is quite tasty. We’d asked for new towels daily, our 2 water bottles, toilet paper and to empty our garage. We would ask to change or bedding every few days. 4. Rooms 614/615: 614 is the superior twin room and 615 is the superior queen room. My mom stayed in room 614 and my husband stayed in room 615 while I went back and forth. Furniture and flooring was exactly like in the photo online. Both rooms had working air conditioner and a ceiling fan and working mini fridge. TV in the rooms were not a SMART TV but we didn’t mind. The room cost the same although I don’t think room 615 is as nice as 614 since the washroom in 615 felt a bit older (the trimming had more mold and ceiling height was low). My husband who is 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm) would need to bow down to wash his head. Toilets flushed well in both rooms and water pressure was strong. There were tiny ants in both washroom floors and counters but it is Vietnam, we accepted it. Since it was not filled with them, it was not a concern. Beddings and towels are OKAY (meaning it was a pass for us) Some had light stains and tiny rips but it didn’t feel disgusting. 5. Cost: It was about $36 CAD after fees and taxes for each room, I booked a few nights online and a few nights in person which worked out to be around the same price after the conversion. Depending on the website promo, you may be able to get a better price per night online. 6. Location: calling for a taxi, grab, xanh sm takes a tiny bit of time because they’re on a one way street. But it’s walking distance to a park which is great! Overall rating 3.7, I would say it is like a Best Western hotels/suites in Canada. Service and staff 4 star, building and rooms 3.5 star. According to google, they are a 3 star hotel and I would agree. I would recommend a couple and family to stay. And I would return.

我選擇這家飯店是為了隔天去機場不用趕時間，也不用塞車。 房間乾淨，床單乾淨，毛巾乾淨小巧，有熱水，WiFi訊號良好。入住時，他們會從冰箱拿出一瓶水送你。 我房間的窗戶對著屋內，所以比較吵。沒什麼特別的——都是一些日常生活中常見的噪音：孩子們的尖叫聲、卡拉OK的歌聲、狗叫聲、上樓的人大聲交談聲。 去機場很方便。腳踏車沒來接我，我叫了一輛車，到機場1號航廈花了15分鐘（56,000越南盾）。 總的來說，對於過境過夜來說，這是一個不錯的選擇，只是下次我會要求住在臨街的窗戶房。 房費不含早餐，但你可以要求自己做飯，那裡有一個簡單的菜單。我點了一份越南麵包加雞蛋（45000盧比），然後在對面的咖啡館喝了杯咖啡（30000盧比）。他們做的菜很美味，麵包也很新鮮，而且還是熱騰騰的。
