河內 有停車場的飯店

我是在中國朋友的推薦下來到這裏入住的。這裏周邊吃飯和出行都非常方便，生活十分便利。 房東性格開朗、待人友善。由於我最近腰疼不太方便晾曬衣物，他的員工還熱心地幫我晾曬了個人衣物，讓我感到非常温暖和貼心。 整體入住體驗很好，如果以後有機會，我還會再次選擇這裏。

有泳池的飯店很不錯，位置靠近還劍湖，也很棒。當我用谷歌搜尋時，出現了另一家飯店，但之前的名字好像是河內黃金飯店 (Hanoi Golden Hotel)。房間鑰匙上也印著之前的飯店名字。飯店內部非常乾淨，泳池有遮蓋，所以不用擔心被太陽曬得太熱。工作人員非常友好，我一定會再次入住。唯一遺憾的是飯店沒有水療中心，所以最後一天入住時我詢問了一下，發現它正在裝修。

所有辦理入住的工作人員都非常友好，他們幫助我們順利辦理入住。在提供了預訂單和護照影本以確認預訂後，飯店還提供了迎賓飲料。 Kate 女士非常有效率且友好，她陪同我們到房間，向我們展示了所有的便利設施和小工具。行李員幫我們把行李搬進搬出飯店。早些時候，酒店發生了停水事件，影響了城市，但我們在酒店一切安好，沒有受到任何影響。我們住在 601 號房間，房間很大，有一張加大雙人床和一張雙人真皮躺椅，一個小陽台（只能站立）和獨立的浴室，浴室裡有浴缸、兩個淋浴間和馬桶，水壓很好。電視上沒有英語頻道，但有 Netflix 等。作為非吸煙者，我們遇到了主空調的問題，打開時有明顯的香煙味。還有第二個較小的空調，可以很好地保持房間涼爽，我們最終沒有再使用它。我們通知了前台和維修人員，他們很快就來清潔了過濾器。原來上一位客人在房間裡吸煙。我們把保險箱密碼弄壞了，然後迅速打電話給前台，很快就有人來修了。在6樓，街道噪音不是問題。冰箱裡的飲料不涼，但把插頭換到另一個電源插座上效果很好，飲料就涼了。我們告訴了前台。總的來說，這些都是小問題。房間位於10樓，然後走樓梯到11樓和12樓，健身房、游泳池、餐廳和屋頂酒吧都在那裡。飯店各處的員工都非常友善。我們的房間每天都會打掃和補充。我們在屋頂酒吧喝了幾杯，景色很棒，啤酒很涼，服務很好。早餐在12樓，有各種各樣的西方和亞洲食物可供選擇，座位也很多，工作人員非常友好，他們清理桌子也很迅速。食物新鮮豐盛，有許多冷熱食物可供選擇。樓上有一個小型游泳池，有4張泳池躺椅和一個休息區。飯店空間不大，但考慮到飯店位於老城區，能有泳池真是幸運。我們在飯店地下室的日間水療中心體驗了瑞典式按摩，設施乾淨整潔，員工的按摩技術也相當熟練。 Rachel先生幫我們結帳並退房，非常迅速，還送了我們一份小禮物。總的來說，我們在這家酒店度過了一段美好的時光，亮點包括高效友好的服務、寬敞的房間、靠近旅遊景點的便利性以及酒店設施。 強烈推薦這家飯店給所有想在舊城區住宿的人。值班經理非常友好，很想了解我們的入住體驗。飯店開幕才四個月，但你很難察覺到，正是員工的熱情好客讓這家飯店脫穎而出，絕對值得入住。

第一天到了時間比較晚沒人開門，超過12點到達要提前電話 打了半天電話，對方英文也不太好，終於來了個老頭，更不懂英文，比劃了半天 第二天要收多個小朋友收費40w越南盾，我看了下攜程詳情頁，沒有任何的要加費用的提示地方。一晚加40w，我還這麼費勁吧啦的訂這麼偏遠的地方？ 設施：衞生間沒有淋浴的地方，衹有一個浴缸🛁，非常彆扭 床上的枕頭還有血漬，看了評價説很衞生才選擇這家，床品也不乾淨，介意的不要選擇 服務：老頭完全不避諱，我穿着睡衣讓他等會，他直接追進來要40w越南盾，真是服了！

晚上我們順利抵達，房間已經準備好並打掃乾淨。外面氣溫高達32度，幸好有空調，真是太舒服了。床很舒服，吧台酒水充足，還提供了毛巾和浴袍。早餐也很美味。唯一的缺點是馬克西姆不想搭計程車，所以飯店前台幫我們預訂了「當地」計程車。飯店還有游泳池、健身房和附日光躺椅的陽台——是放鬆身心的好去處。

這家旅館最大的亮點是前台那位年輕的女士。她風趣幽默，知識淵博，樂於助人，而且英語也不錯。客房服務人員才是問題所在。我們預訂了4間房，其中3間還行，但有一間房在我們入住的3晚裡一直有蟑螂問題（房間裡發現了10多隻蟑螂）。

房間很乾凈，床品也可以。睡眠區域顏色也很好看。本來金色的衞浴設施顏色有點突兀，但是去年看了一部電影《震耳欲聾》，裏面有一個片段是主演律師成名之後在32樓租最好的辦公室，坐在金色的馬桶上很高興的對中介説：就這兒啦！一下覺得這個酒店的金色馬桶很喜慶了哈哈

Stayed at Hoa Hoang Hotel for 3 weeks. Service: 1. The front desk receptionist, Nga, is helpful, patient, and polite. She is always cheerful and attentive, even while handling calls and assisting other guests. She addressed my concerns clearly, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant to communicate with. 2. Breakfast buffet: staff is always on their feet. I see there’s two main servers, sometimes a third one. They’re very focused but it’s also because they have a lot of tasks - prep, cook, clean, replenish and clear all the dining tables. The tables are not always wiped down, but if you ask, they will address it immediately. Two weeks in, they hired a fourth server which was nice because tables were cleared and cleaned faster. There were a variety of food options with a few soup dishes that rotated each day. They serve mainly carbs and didn’t have many vegetarian options and not a lot of protein in general. They had breakfast chits that we would have to collect from the front desk each day and hand-in to the breakfast staff, they’re very on top of collecting the chits. 3. Room service: We never ordered food to the room. For a few nights, we did order dinner (rice, meat and a veggie dish). They can make anything you ask for either for lunch or dinner. If you don’t feel like going out, their cooking is quite tasty. We’d asked for new towels daily, our 2 water bottles, toilet paper and to empty our garage. We would ask to change or bedding every few days. 4. Rooms 614/615: 614 is the superior twin room and 615 is the superior queen room. My mom stayed in room 614 and my husband stayed in room 615 while I went back and forth. Furniture and flooring was exactly like in the photo online. Both rooms had working air conditioner and a ceiling fan and working mini fridge. TV in the rooms were not a SMART TV but we didn’t mind. The room cost the same although I don’t think room 615 is as nice as 614 since the washroom in 615 felt a bit older (the trimming had more mold and ceiling height was low). My husband who is 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm) would need to bow down to wash his head. Toilets flushed well in both rooms and water pressure was strong. There were tiny ants in both washroom floors and counters but it is Vietnam, we accepted it. Since it was not filled with them, it was not a concern. Beddings and towels are OKAY (meaning it was a pass for us) Some had light stains and tiny rips but it didn’t feel disgusting. 5. Cost: It was about $36 CAD after fees and taxes for each room, I booked a few nights online and a few nights in person which worked out to be around the same price after the conversion. Depending on the website promo, you may be able to get a better price per night online. 6. Location: calling for a taxi, grab, xanh sm takes a tiny bit of time because they’re on a one way street. But it’s walking distance to a park which is great! Overall rating 3.7, I would say it is like a Best Western hotels/suites in Canada. Service and staff 4 star, building and rooms 3.5 star. According to google, they are a 3 star hotel and I would agree. I would recommend a couple and family to stay. And I would return.

我真的很喜歡這個地方的位置,它是如何靠近很多食物,水果,蔬菜攤。我也喜歡它是如何靠近很多迷你店,我可以去那裏撿我需要的東西。老闆人很好,借給我我需要的東西。她非常尊重我打電話給我先生。酒店女僕非常友好,周圍很友好。我喜歡有一個便攜式對流爐讓我做飯。我喜歡有銀器,子,和菜,可以用來吃我的食物。使用洗衣機非常划算,第一次只需要20,000盾,免費額外使用。我喜歡它離那家大型的 Winmart 雜貨店很近。 酒店房間很乾淨。我喜歡它有這麼小的空間,我可以把衣服掛起來曬乾,這很完美,因爲它直接在樓上房間的空調單元下面,在那裏它散發出熱量,使它乾燥得更快。酒店總是有一套新鮮乾淨的毛巾,每當我需要它時,酒店總是有衛生紙可用。 唯一不喜歡的就是時不時有蜘蛛,我不得不殺死其中2只,最後一天還要對付一隻大蜘蛛,我是一個害怕蜘蛛的人。 我可能會在8月,9月或明年年初回到這家酒店,當我回到越南河內時,情況適合我。
