Fantastic hotel with great service! Location is okay. The only issue I had, was one of the toilet seats in my suite had a red stain which we seen after we checked in. We told them about it and they could not remove it. So we had to move to another suite. Other than the great hotel with 5 star service!

人很多，check in和早餐時段都要等起碼20-30分鐘。 旁邊是工地，24小時開工，所以有嘈音，但酒店有提供耳塞比住客。 不過相信短期內嘈音不會停止，當旁邊工程完結時，景色也會比擋住。 早餐很豐富，有水上樂園適合小朋友。

Мой любимый отель в Дубае. Любовь любовная. Несмотря на свой маленький пляж, отель объеденен с тремя ближайшими отелями и предоставляет на выбор любой из трех пляжей и любой из ресторанов. Номера выше всех похвал - все продумано до мелочей, идеальная шумоизоляция, интерьер очень дорого детализирован, комфортабельные номера, много места для вещей, есть русские каналы, идеальный интернет…. Очень люблю это место за отношение к деталям, за индивидуальность и нереально красивый интерьер. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство и такое прекрасное отношение к детям, они уехали счастливыми и полноценно отдохнувшими.❤️❤️❤️

I’ve stayed at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi before and had a much better experience previously. While the hotel itself is stylish and the overall ambiance is great, this time the service fell short of expectations. There was a significant delay in luggage delivery, and the room phone wasn’t working, which made it difficult to communicate with staff. These issues impacted the convenience and comfort I usually expect here. I’ll think twice before booking again unless improvements are made.

酒店附近有很多建築中工地，沒有太大聲響，但影響景觀。訂房時需留意。酒店內設施及員工服務，整體滿意！早餐亦非常之高質素！

酒店住過一次、再次入住體驗非常不好、泳池不讓16歲小童游泳、衹能旁邊酒店水上樂園、要走幾分鐘杜拜天氣下火了一樣、預訂包含早餐説不包含、攜程訂好了含税還要税、最後全部是他們搞錯了、很無語

很遺憾，飯店給我安排的房間面向施工區，非常吵。不過我要求換到另一邊。 房間裝潢精美，大小適中。 二樓頂樓有泳池、餐廳和DJ。我入住期間，Attico餐廳和Ginger Moon餐廳兩次因“私人活動”而關閉。泳池在一樓，海灘服務一般，日光浴床又舊又便宜。 前台和前門工作人員非常友好，以客戶為中心。
