It was a very pleasant stay. A receptionist speaks Japanese.

The property was difficult to access by car. The SatNav takes you via a restricted route. Though advertised as having a Bath/Shower Combination it only had a shower. It also advertises a safe, Bottled water and a turndown service, non of which were available. The safe was at reception not in the room. You could fill your own bottles with water from reception not in the room. And we did not receive, nor were we offered a turndown service.

I thought the staff and the building it's self was excellent. They were very polite and helpful even though I did not speak much French and they spoke only a little English. I can't give them a 5 star though as the restaurant had very little to no vegetarian options which was disappointing but fortunately they were lots of options nearby in other places.

Séjour très agréable. L'hôtel est très placé, à l'entrée du centre historique de la ville de Dijon. Idéal pour visiter le centre à pied. Magnifique centre historique. Les employés sont gentils et serviables. Le petit déjeuner est top. La clim parfaite, aucun bruit, c'est rare. La literie est très bien. Bref, je recommande cet hôtel.

A very nice hotel. I liked Dijon so much that I added 2 nights to me trip. I am very grateful Ibis allowed me to stay in the same room. Unfortunately, my room didn’t get serviced those 2 days. So I had to call for tp and fresh towels. Not sure why this happened. Breakfast was great.

Friendly welcome on arrival, which got the visit off to a great start. The rooms were quite small, with limited storage space that was perhaps designed more for short-stays rather than—as in our case—a week-long visit. The decoration was smart and modern. Special applause for the showers, which were excellent, with a strong, reliable flow of water, and consistent temperature—not to be taken for granted! And the rooms were kept spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this ibis Styles, and would certainly stay there on a return to Dijon

Nous devions nous rendre dans cet hôtel avec un collègue pour raisons professionnelles. Mon collègue étant malade nous avons dû reporter notre visite à Dijon. Le chef de réception n'a pas voulu modifier ma réservation et m'a donc facturé deux nuits avec petit déjeuners alors que je n'ai pas dormi à l'hôtel. Mon collègue et moi devons retourner à Dijon pour des raisons professionnelles régulièrement dans les prochaines semaines. Résultat, ils gagnent deux nuitées mais ils en perdent plusieurs autres...J'ai appelé l'hôtel pour leur dire, ils m'ont dit que c'était ********** et qu'ils n'avaient pas la main, j'ai appelé ********** qui m'a dit que c'était l'hôtel qui pouvait prendre la décision. Je les ai alors rappelé, et là ils m'ont clairement indiqué qu'ils préféraient prendre ces deux nuits plutôt que de modifier la réservation. C'est la première fois que je vois ça...une politique d'annulation à 7 jours, aucun geste commercial...bref tout est dans le titre...

The Ibis Styles Dijon Central is a very nice business hotel. Great condition. Super comfortable room. Great Continental breakfast included. My room had a great view over the plaza in front of the hotel. If you like small cities, this is a grat place to stay. Parking is off site and kind of pricey, but easier to get into and out of than many others in my trip.

Ok for airport hotel. Clearly short of staff, long checkin. Shower head support broken, hairdryer not working.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The property is clean and well maintained. Ibis apparently focuses on modern, midrange hotels — not luxury properties. A perfect location in the city center of Dijon. Tons of walkable restaurants and shops. Good breakfast. Rooms were straightened up by staff each day. We were told on our visit in October, 2022, that we couldn’t turn on the air conditioning at night because off a “government power restriction.” This may have been outside the control of the hotel, but should have been communicated to us before we checked in. Fortunately we could open a window. The property location felt safe. Would recommend this property to anyone who wants better than basic, solid accommodations with helpful staff.
