Okay!!!

Had a pleasant stay other than one problem I had with my room, my door would move as if someone was trying to open it, maybe a draft? Now, I’m not a light sleeper so this didn’t wake me through the night and I’m not sure if it’s a problem with all other rooms, it was on the 5th floor

Room looks nice. Mattress made out of plywood. No fridge, no channel guide, no guide to hotel or regional guide. Small TV. Ice machine not working. Furniture nicked and scratched. Not one comfortable place to sit. Sink in bathroom drains slowly. It would be a good value at. $80 nightly. If they offered a refund I’d take it.

The location of this hotel is 5 star. Everything you need is right across the street. Many restaurants to choose from, Whole Foods, A shopping mall and Old World Village a cute German style mall. The hotel itself could use a little updating but the rooms are large and the staff was very friendly. They do need to change their bathroom cleaning product because it’s very strong and chemical smelling, I had to change rooms as it was giving me a headache. I could smell it in the new room but it wasn’t as bad.

Well just stayed here, and to say the least this hotel is old, outdated, and needs a lot of work. The staff is friendly and helpful to the best of their abilities, but that’s where it stops the rooms are old no refrigerator, no microwave, hard as cement mattresses. Weight room was a joke, they had coffee in the room, but personally I don’t like those tiny one cup serve machines that never get sanitized ever. Went downstairs at 0630 when breakfast opens, which is 14.99 I did not want breakfast anyways just a cup of coffee that almost every hotel I have ever been to has complementary. They wanted 4.25 I said nevermind I’ll go elsewhere for my coffee. In my opinion you are best to stay elsewhere in town.

Went into the room with it not being cleaned up. It was too expensive for what we got. Laundry didn't work. Charged me $150 out of no where.
