Very disappointing. Room was fine though had only one caff and one decaf coffee pod, only 2 cups, no real cream. No freezer in frig. No ice available on floor. Had to go to front desk and wait in line. Printer not working in business office and no sign to indicate so my husband wasted much time trying to get it to work. Next day front desk kindly printed document. Very disappointing $10 breakfast. No serving utensils out - we were not early arriving. No knives out. No toaster. Evidently broken. Apples only fresh fruit and didn't look great. Cereals seemed aimed for children. Coffee wasn't hot when I returned to heat up mine. On our travels every breakfast we have had, all free with room, have been better than this. Very pleasant staff.

There are a couple things that disappointed me with the hotel. 1) You promote the hotel as having a restaurant and bar, which you only serve a breakfast. 2) None of the ice machines work on the floors and ice is only available at the front desk.

I had a sofa sleeper however there was no bedding in the room for a sofa sleeper. If you want bedding, you have to go and get it from the front desk.

The sheets were dirty. The room was cold. When I made the reservation I added for breakfast but when we went to eat breakfast they added another $10 per person. Not good. We won’t be back.

The Staff was very friendly and made the effort to say hi and bye. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

Although listing mentions about the bar, came to know that they don’t have license yet. Staffs are nice and the room was too apart from finding a cockroach on the second morning. The room is kinda odd. No closet or a desk. Desk is occupied by the tv. Anyways stay was overall fine

The room was nice and clean, but we paid extra for breakfast and when we got down there (an hour and a half before the end of breakfast) it was bare, the food that was there was cold and it was obviously not tended. Normally I wouldn't complain about hotel breakfast but since they did make us pay extra for this it was very disappointing. I would stay here again but would not pay for breakfast again.

Easy access and proximity to OSU. Hotel is spacious, well-lit and conveniently located. Room was clean and large with Dove products in the bathroom!

I was disappointed that the restaurant and bar was not open as stated in the available amenities on site.

Hotel is newly renovated, so much nicer than when we stayed last year. Staff is also very friendly.

Breakfast was an additional 10 bucks, the ice machine had to be done through the front desk and in WiFi had to get a password from the front desk. Needs to be more convenient in providing services at this price.

No hot water for two of three day stay. Towels had holes and stains.

Shower head broken, TV and remote were not working, coffee machine didnt work.
