聽着度假村的名字以為很好 結果才發現跟農家樂差不多 二度 暖氣壞了 門鎖也是壞的

Place was very peaceful & quiet at night. King room was spacious and enjoyable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. If ever in the area again, I will book here absolutely !!

We had booked a king bed (mom, dad and baby) and when we got there they gave our room away to another person with the same first name. They didn't have any more kings so offered two doubles. Not happy about it but we already drove over 2 hours to get there. We had to push the beds together so we could have our baby's play pen set up. When we did that we discovered black mold on the floor. Went into the bathroom and there was mold in the caulking. Also the door lock was broke. We spent 2 hours trying to find a different place to stay. Finally found one (paying double). They knew we were leaving because of everything. They stated they could not give a refund only the manager can do that. I called ********* and they sent an email asking to authorize the refund. It is over a week later and still no refund. I had to do a charge back on my credit card. I have already spent over an hour with ********** trying to get it rectified. They called the hotel again and of course the manger was not in. I called 5 times and ********** tried each time to get ahold of the manager and of course each time they were not in. Shady, no way would I stay or recommend anyone staying here

We had stayed here a few years ago so we just booked it and headed out.. This place is now the worst run down place I have ever stayed in.. sliding doors to the balcony were broken. After literally 8 minutes to get hot water, the Shower diverter valve did not work . Carpets so dirty I didn’t dare walk with bare feet. The furniture is rickety and filthy.. WI-FI did not work and the front desk could not have been more indifferent.. The side and rear entry doors had no locks. The TV did not work. The breakfast room was so full of fruit flies from the rotten fruit on the counter everything was covered with flies. The building is in complete disrepair… But hey.. the linens were clean.. there is that..

Check in was fine, no issues - room on the whole was a good size, nice to have a fridge and the beds were fairly comfortable - wifi was sufficient and breakfast ‘ok’. I would agree however with other reviews, the common areas such as corridors were dirty - looked like they hadn’t hoovered in a while. The pool and hot tub, be it a nice amenity, was tired and full of chemicals, to the point of ruining my wife’s swimsuit. Far too expensive for the quality we experienced, but the location was good.

Don't believe the photos. They must be 10 years old. Hotel is run down, under staffed, and dirty. No paper products stocked. Power outlets didn't work. Beds were old and hard and uncomfortable. Not premium as advertised. Restroom by the pool had poop all over the floor and was never cleaned up even after reporting it. Our toilet clogged and I was given a plunger and told to fix it myself. The breakfast was good and my family enjoyed the hot tub. But it was a terrible place to stay.

Run away terrible place. Only the lobby was maintained. Trash everywhere, they wanted to charge up $25 for showing up early, would not let us cancel our reservation. No ocean view unless you pay extra hundred for third floor no elevator. Everyone including housekeeper were just hired.

If you have access to ANY other accommodations in Ocean Shores, do it. This place is a dump. It’s dirty, old, run down, and the front desk personnel -when we arrived -was inept and unfriendly. (One gal when we checked out was very pleasant) I saw one desk staffer’s demeanor to other guests waiting to check in, and knew it wasn't going to go well, even when I poured on the charm. I checked the reviews from the recent past, and many mentioned the garbage and trash all around the grounds...and some of the specifics - like empty capri sun drink pouches - and they we still there...Also empty plastic pop bottles and an incredible amount of cigarette butts (on a no smoking property!) still littered around the place. (*side bar* we had a reservation at another hotel down the street and when I checked in there and viewed the room, I almost chucked! How that place is even allowed to let rooms be occupied by humans is a mind blower to me! – but that is whole ‘nother review!) SO, we called and got the last room at this place, and they charged us rack rate so the pain was even deeper paying an average of $300/night for a true dump! (Had no idea the way to ‘do” OS is in an Air BnB or VRBO!) Besides “Sally Sunshine” the front desk, there was a young fella who was apparently new or in dire need of training, kept trying to get my credit card to run (their internet never worked) -all the sudden my card was declined! he tried to chg. it FIVE TIMES! (VISA said yeah, no that’s obviously fraud and cut my card off till I responded to a text message in their app!) So after 2 delays of more than an hour and a half to get into our room, first thing was the trip through the halls (which are beat to h*ll with holes and dings everywhere) to the elevator. Get to the room and first thing we see the carpet is disgusting! Greasy – dirty – sticky (do not go barefoot in there!) Checked the bathroom: fairly clean-ish. The shower curtain had apparently been torn down multiple times so with the most recent installation (all the patches are there – unpainted joint compound globs left on the walls) – you can’t open the bathroom door all the way as it bangs into the curtain rod that is hung too high and too far outside the tub surround so if you’re’ not careful you’ll flood the bathroom. Fan sounded like woodchipper, and the drain stopper was not installed, just an open hole on the tub. There is little mini fridge – totally caked with ice so the freezer compartment wouldn’t close which impacted the temp (even at warmest setting)- and it froze everything. The bed, sheets and teeny pillows were ok, and I did not see of have evidence of bed bugs so there’s that. Thin tiny towels. Spared myself the agony and just assumed the bed covers had been well used. The slider to the balcony wouldn’t slide open or closed, without 2 people working on it, and the screen came off the track immediately. Internet never worked, and when I asked will the internet be available at all? I was told “I don’t k

I am not sure how this hotel has good reviews… This hotel is in very poor condition. Huge holes in the walls in the hallway, the mini golf (which is a big reason I booked this hotel because I thought it would be fun for my kids… ) was all torn up and unusable, the hot tub wasn’t working, the ice machine wasn’t working, the pull out couch bed was so bad even my kids wouldn’t touch it, and we had to make a bed of blankets on the floor instead - there were huge holes in the mattress and what appeared to be burn marks. sheesh. The bath tub seemed to be patched up? It felt hollow underneath with jagged edges edges so we had to be very careful to step around it so we didn’t cut our feet. I’m appalled at the conditions of this motel, it put a damper on the end of our road trip.

Checked in and was not made aware the hotel had NO WATER! The room was dirty, pool was very dirty, stagnet water and hit tub was green in color and the pool had bugs in it. No refundable was processed for the guests and staff members walked out on their shift. Horrible, horrible. No towels due to no water and housekeeping not coming to work, golfing course was full of garbage, broken lights, batteries. I will.never return to this property, it should be shut down and condemned at this point.

I am 43 years old and this is the first time in my life I have ever taken the time to write a negative review. For the price, and based on the overall rating of this hotel, I wasn’t expecting much and honestly the two rooms were decent, clean enough, and quiet. They were a bit run down and obviously there wasn’t upkeep happening, with the slider not opening properly, a lamp with a dangling lightbulb housing and damaged bathroom door. We needed to ask for sheets for the pull out sofa since there were none in the room and had to go the lobby to retrieve them. Again, none of this was particularly surprising considering the ratings and the price compared to other Ocean Shores listings. They offer free breakfast and the kitchen/dining areas were decent enough. The breakfast staff worked to keep the area clean and food replenished. The reason for my negative review is the health hazards I encountered over our four day/three night stay. The first issue I had was with the bathroom near the breakfast area. Anyone wanting to use the facilities during breakfast would use this toilet as it was five feet from the dining area. It had an empty soap dispenser for the entirety of our stay. Someone had placed a bar of hotel soap set on the counter for everyone to use. There was also a partially used mini hotel shampoo bottle there. There was an ever growing pile of paper towels on the counter under the paper towel dispenser that no one took care of. The pool area was my greatest area of concern. There was zero general cleaning or disposal of garbage in the pool area or pool bathroom for the entirety of our stay. There was Capris sun garbage near the spa and spilled pistachios on the ground near the pool from Friday morning until we left Sunday afternoon. The water in the pool was so cloudy that you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. The spa was cloudy and the water brown. Friday it was a bit gross but we went in. Saturday it was so gross that I forbade my daughter from going in. Sunday morning the spa did look clear again but the pool water was still extremely milky. The bathroom in the pool area was gross. There were bathing suit tags on the counter all three days, showing no staff had cleaned the restroom. The floor of the pool bathroom and pool area had clearly not been swept in a long time with debris all over the place. This bathroom didn’t even have a soap dispenser, but instead had an old soggy bar of hotel soap. There was NO toilet paper so when my five year old pooped in the pool bathroom Friday morning I had to leave her in there by herself on the toilet with the door unlocked to go down the hall to the bathroom outside of the dining area to get her toilet paper. There was still no toilet paper in the pool bathroom when we left Sunday. On Saturday morning there were no pool towels in the pool area so multiple families went to the front desk to get some. I booked here as it was cheaper than some of the other hotels we had stayed at prior and we were only going to stay for one night. Our room was okay. It was clean but not in great repair, needed to be painted and needed some wall repair. All that to say it was comfortable enough for one night. The bed was comfortable and it was spacious enough. The mini golf course was a nice option that my son enjoyed even though it was in a state of disrepair with much of the outdoor carpet peeling up. The main drawback was the pool, it was dirty to the point it wasn’t safe to use. When my son and I went to see it the water was visibly green to the point you couldn’t see the bottom. It wasn’t the tile color of the pool as I took a coffee cup and scooped out some water and it was visibly murky. I saw several strands of hair floating in it as well as at least 2 wads of mucus or phlegm, it was just gross. Disappointing as it is a selling point when traveling with a child and I had to tell him I was worried the pool could make him sick. I would have rated this as 3 stars if not for the pool condition. That staff were polite and helpful.

BEWARE!!! This place is a SCAM. We paid the highest price for a KING SUITE which describes a hot tub in the room. Upon arrival, I show MARY this, who seemed off, makes us a sign a paper and gives us our key... to which we arrive to a NORMAL ROOM. We go back down to tell her and she becomes instantly defensive and rude. Saying, "didn't you JUST sign? that's ***********'s fault. There is nothing I can do. That's on you!" She also corrected me saying it wasn't a hot tub, it's a "whirlwind" and they're all booked. Okay, weirdo, whatever it is, you're not letting me use what I paid for. 1. If you go to OCEAN PARADISE's website to book a room, the link sends you straight to ***********! Mary & Ocean Paradise blames *********** for the error and refused us any further (we were kind the entire time, when we shouldn't have been.) We left instantly to stay on the line with customer service of ***********, who CALLED Mary herself who told them they REFUSED to give us the room WE PAID FOR. Nothing to accommodate anything. Terrible service and we traveled hours just to have a hot tub in the room. Luckily I have enough evidence against this hotel and Miss Mary herself, and we will be taking legal action against them. DO NOT COME HERE! Their place is severely ran down. It looked nice walking in but past that, you can see how disgusting inside is. They do not care about their place. They are SCAMMERS. This was CLEARLY not Mary's first time scamming as she was very rude, off and defensive from the get go. If you're at Ocean Shores, GO ANYWHERE ELSE if you don't like to waste time and money. As a frequent traveler and hotel stayed, I've never EVER had a problem with ***********. THIS IS OCEAN PARADISE's FAULT AND THEY DO NOT CARE. DISGUSTING!!
