The location is good for Fiesta texas, about 6 minutes away. They are short staffed according to the staff. Check in took almost an hour due to rooms not being clean or ready. We booked for 4 people had 2 towels and one wash cloth in the room. The staff was friendly and gave us the appropriate amount after we asked. You have to check in before midnight or the room reservation is ‘closed’ we were late checking in so it made the rest of the day difficult since we were behind at that point.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel where my room wasn’t cleaned every day. Not this one. All that was done was my bed was made and towels were replaced. Cups weren’t replaced, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, bathroom floor wasn’t mopped, tub wasn’t cleaned (I had spilled a little shampoo - still there the whole stay). I won’t be back.

Hotel was great, beds were comfy and super clean, but the room was cold. There was no adjusting the thermostat, there was a cold draft coming from under a locked door and the shower temp was never hot. This was also the night that temps dropped to the teens. Not enough towels or bedding for a family of five, but a quick trip downstairs and that was taken care of. If it wasn’t for the cold room and lack of hot water, it would have been a great stay.

I visit San Antonio quite a bit and this is my 2nd time staying there and have great visits each time, and I will continue to stay there on my next visit.

The truck was broken into the first night. Was notified two other vehicles were also broken into as well. Security came after the fact. Vacation was ruined.

Surprisingly dingy and unwelcoming! What stood out most about this hotel was (1) the unwelcoming and unhelpful clerk (Sean), who neither greeted me as I walked in and approached the desk in a deserted lobby, (2) the lack of any additional clean linens, (3) the perpetually damp room, (4) the dirty bathroom replete with other guests' hair on the wall and floor, and (5) a semi-broken room-darkening shade. ಠ_ಠ

Upon arrival and check in, Room had food left over in the fridge, asked the reception to clean up and they did, I asked for another room but none were available...They sent maid to clean up fridge..next day they didnt clean the room again, makes me wonder if they did in fact clean the room entirely the first time... FYI, it was one of my employee that stayed in the room...

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN. THEY GAVE AWAY OUR ROOMS MADE NO EFFORT TO NOTIFY ME BUT YET WAITED UNTIL WE GOT THERE TO TELL US THAT WE HAD NO PLACE TO SLEEP.

We had some left behind dirty sock and the rollout mattress seemed really dirty. They didn’t have have any bed sheets available for the bed sheets.
