It was so good hotel and it was very good service and I enjoyed the time there

Funktional, das ist das einzige Wort, was das Hotel beschreiben kann. Ich wusste gar nicht, dass es überhaupt noch solche kleinen und karg eingerichteten Hotelzimmer gibt. Tristesse ohne Ende. Die beiden "Einzelbetten" ließen sich ca. 5cm auseinander schieben. Im Bad stößt man sich überall weil es so eng ist. Als Einzelperson ist das Zimmer vielleicht noch ok, aber zu zweit sollte man lieber ein paar Euro mehr investieren und sich was besseres gönnen. Charme eines Monteurzimmers. Sauberkeit war allerdings ok.

I discovered after checking in that I had paid for my room twice. The manager was apologetic and said he would sort it with "head office". He didn't. I complained sent bank statements Nothing happened.' Complained again Then it was escalated to head office. Great. But having made all the right noises, still nothing. My last email has gone unacknowledged. Suspect that's it. I am out of pocket by £78 approx. This is Accor by the way who run hotels in conjunction with the Orien Express. I am a pensioner. The overpayment is clear. They just don't want to refund me.

Ich war geschäftlich in Koblenz unterwegs und habe mich für das Hotel entschieden weil es eine Tiefgarage hat und weil mir ein Kollege diese Hotel empfohlen hat. Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht!! Schneller Check in , nettes Personal und sehr saubere Zimmer und Ganz wichtig es ist sehr ruhig!

Schönes und gut gelegenes Hotel für s Wochenende in zentraler Lage. Kurze Wege zeichnen dieses Haus aus! Tolle Tipps vom Personal bezüglich der lokalen Gastronomie und die Freundlichkeit sind hervorzuheben. Das Frühstück ist klasse und es wird sofort alels nachgelegt wenn etwas aus ist. So muss es sein!

Die Zimmer waren in keinem guten Zustand. Eine gebastelte Steckdose über dem Bett, die Dusche war nicht sauber und teilweise mit schwarzen Flecken, eine Abdeckung der Duschstange fehlte, es gab zu wenig Handtücher.

I've stayed in a lot of Ibis hotels, and this was (in my personal experience) one of the more basic set ups. There's a bed & bath and not much else, which is okay. The staff was helpful and friendly, and I won't lower a rating because of how it compares to other hotels. I'm dinging a star because the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, I should have brought a sleeping bag. The pillows were used and deflated, so not even my head got any support. There were no hand towels. I woke up and my body hurt.

Nice location for exploring city Check in and out very professional.Room slightly above Ibis standard,but needs more power outlets,but manageable.Person serving welcome drink very nice and smiling Only slightly difficult was parking,there are 2 garages on each side of Ibis,which one you go to?left hand side of entrance,but I did have to go in and ask.Maybe some sign would help Dannyr

Hotel in a good location, in a short walk you are already in the center. The rooms are basic, but very clean and quiet. The only problem is that we came from the Netherlands with an electric car and had a hard time finding a parking space for charging and the hotel does not offer this service. We asked for information, but they couldn't tell us anything.

We sent four nights at this ageing IBIS Hotel near the station when walking part of the Rheinsteig. The hotel has all the basics, and the rooms are larger than is typical for the chain, but it all seems a bit soulless. That said, for its location, I'd stay again.

It's an Ibis hotel, so you know what to expect. The hotel is located on walking distance to the city center/old town (5-10 min.) and the Railway Station (5 min.). Rooms are comfortable for a couple of days and include a private bathroom, TV, climate control and wifi. The underground car parking cost 9 euro/day for hotel guests. Staff is friendly and helpful.
