性價比很高！就是浴室門設計很雞肋開關超級費勁與地面連結非常緊，浴室裏麪用品也是空的，都沒有及時灌裝！也沒有拖鞋有時忘記帶了就很不方便！

First time visiting Europe thanks for your hospitality.

Art Hotel is a nicely refurbished hotel in the heart of Szeged, just next to the Cathedral. The rooms are cosy, the breakfast was great with good selection, the personnel was very nice and helpful. They have a terrace with lots of tables for a good drink outside.

比較的綺麗で部屋も広く、ケトルもあり、朝食もさまざまな種類があり、おいしかったです。 また、立地もセゲドの中心に位置しているので観光にも最適です。 しかしながら、ある男性スタッフのせいで、評価を下げることにしました。 今回は、8月13日〜14日の1泊滞在しました。13日のチェックインの際に、予約が8月23日〜24日となっていると男性スタッフから告げられました。しかし、予約したエクスペディアのサイトを確認しても8月13日〜14日の滞在と記載されています。そのため予約画面をスタッフに見せたところ、「英語で見せろ」という。日本語サイトで予約したので、すぐに英語表示することはできない。そのため、「空き部屋があれば宿泊させてくれ」と伝えたら、「今日は空き部屋は1室もない」とのこと。 そこで、ハンガリーから日本のエクスペディアに国際電話をかけて確認したところ、エクスペディアは正しく、ホテル側のミスであるとのこと。 電話から5分ほどして、エクスペディアが対応したようで、ロビーで待っていたら、先ほどの男性スタッフからフロントに来るよう呼ばれた。 その男性スタッフは、「空室ができた」との一言だけを私に伝え、部屋の鍵を渡した。そのまま鍵を受け取って、チャックインはできたが、何かおかしくないだろうか？ まず、今回の予約ミスの原因であるホテル側からの説明や謝罪が全くない。ホテル側のミスであるにも関わらず、なぜ顧客が高額な国際電話をかけて確認する必要があるのか。 また、たった5分やそこらで空室が出ることもあまり考えられない。人を見てその男性スタッフは判断したのではないか（非常に差別的である）。 さらに、チェックインの際、基本的な説明（朝食の時間やその他の注意点など）が全くなく、無言で鍵を渡した。フロント業務をするものとして不適切である。 そのフロントの男性スタッフ以外は、みんな素敵でした。 一人のスタッフのせいで、このようにホテルの印象が変化してしまうことは勿体無いと思いました。

Nagyon jó a hotel elhelyezkedése, építészetileg és belső építészetileg is nagyon tetszett. A szobánk fürdőszobája felújításra szorulna már. Sajnos az ágymatrac gödrös volt, így a pihenés nem volt túl jó, a párna kínálat sem, mert 2 egyformán kemény párnát adtak. A reggeli kifogástalan volt.

The staff was friendly and courteous. They were helpful when asked for their advice and options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone spending time in Szeged.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite for my mom and my brother. The booking was guaranteed according to **********. Despite of this, they were checked in to an adjacent room type of accommodation with no kitchen and no living area. They were not warned at check in, they just faced with the situation when they entered the room. They went to complain to the receptionist, and after a brief conversation they were compensated with free breakfast, free parking and were placed in a smaller 1 bedroom suite and a regular room. Since my mom is over 80 and needed help, it was not the best situation, but was doable. I would give better ratings for the hotel, if their communication were clear and they told them, that “We are so sorry, but we made a mistake and we gave your room for someone else, but we compensate you with these and these.” The question is still there, how can this happen, but less disappointing. The hotel was nice and clean, location was perfect (walking distance from the hospital where my mom had to go) for them, the parking was convenient and the breakfast was good. Please, improve your communication, and we will be happier next time.

Shoddily built and not well maintained. Shower drain not draining. Body wash not working. Room carpet dirty with food crumbs.

Nice modern hotel in the city center. It has some design elements, definitely fancy lighting (but it is a bit dark in the rooms and hard to figure out which switch controls what light). Apart from that, large step-free shower, nicely designed bathrooms. Very clean room, comfy bed (not too soft, not too hard). Staff was friendly, and there is a 24h bar. They also kindly helped me with a restaurant reservation for the night.

The hotel is great, centrally located. Rooms are quiet and garage available. The staff is very good and always helpful. WiFi is also perfect.

This an excellent hotel in the centre of the city, within walking distance of many very good restaurants. The front desk service was excellent and their English very good. They run a bar service until midnight. The room was all-you-need and in very good condition. I heard the first floor rooms towards the street might be a little noisy. The breakfast was complete with an airy and well serviced buffet. Parking in the street no problem (credit card payment with English instructions), but they also have a reasonably priced garage. Would be happy to come back!
