很棒的別墅。4人入住，可以自己買菜做飯。 陽台有活的孔雀可以欣賞。估計是房主養的。他們會便便

El apartamento está muy bien y muy nuevo. En nuestro caso, dos dormitorios con un baño compartido. El salón con cocina integrada muy bien, es amplio y te deján cápsulas de café y algún sobre de té que se agradece para el desayuno. Todas las estancias dan a la terraza, donde hemos llegado a contar 7 pavos, un macho, 4 hembras y 2 crías. A nosotros no nos ha molestado porque no usamos la terraza y nos hacía gracia verles en la ventana. Las personas que lo gestionan están disponibles por whatsapp. Está a 15 minutos del paseo marítimo y tiene a 5 minutos un supermercado. Le pongo 4 estrellas porque no da sensación de seguridad. La recepción cierra pronto y la puerta de acceso está abierta, por lo que puedes "saltar" a la terraza del bajo sin ningún problema, y todas las estancias tienen salida a la terraza. Dicho esto, en la época que nos hemos alojado, el barrio es súper tranquilo.

地點便利，但一開始有點難找。這實際上更像是單間公寓，並且沒有完整的酒店幫助。然而，它距離舊宮殿區、港口及其姊妹酒店非常近。現場工作人員很友好，前台經理 Ivan 為我們預訂了很棒的餐廳。我們很喜歡住在這裡，因為它離一切都很近，但又遠離人群。

飯店遠離人群，位於安靜的住宅區。距離戴克里先宮步行8分鐘，距離雜貨店步行5分鐘。 我們有一個一臥室套房，有一個寬敞的客廳、設備齊全的廚房和一個我們晚上坐的陽台。飯店很現代化，有電梯，樓下還有停車場。 我們住得很愉快。

Sehr schöne Gegend. Super Lage. 5 min bis nach Oldtown. Unterkunft perfekt. Alles was es braucht. Schön und sauber. Unterkunft Nr. 1 war sehr schön mit der Terrasse. Tiefgarage zum parken vorhanden. Könnte nicht besser sein. Sehr zu empfehlen!

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and had the most amazing time in Split, there is not enough superlatives to describe the city and surronding areas. We were warming greeted by Tina on arrival after a tranfer arranged by the apartment for us from the airport. She swiftly checked us in and were shown to our gorgous 2 bedroom apartment. 1 bedroom is ensuite and the other one uses the main bathroom, there is also a sofa bed for an additional person if required. There is full kitchen facilites which we used every day for breakfast. Antonia who I think runs the place is an assest to Split itself, she is so warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, She is always available on whatapp if we had any queries. If I could suggest 2 things, a sweeping brush and dustpan for sweeping up crumbs from the floor caused by us having breakfast, the little one provided is not sufficient. A bigger or a more efficient A/C unit in the living/kitchen area as the one provided is not sufficent enough to cool such a large area. The A/C in both bedrooms worked perfectly. Split itself it a stunning place, we were amazed at it's beauty and how friendly everyone seems to be. We ate in some lovely resurants I would highly recommend Chops grill, excellent service and a delicious steak was had by us both. We will be back for sure and will stay in Residence Vestibul Palace again.

ABSOLUTELY nothing bad to say about this accommodation! It is a little difficult to find...we arrived in the dark (after our flight was delayed) and were talked in by Tina from the property...a great help! We had booked secure car parking space....under cover (very lovely in August when the temperatures were 28 degrees +) at a cost of 20 euros daily. The apartments are situated about a 10 minute walk from the centre and were VERY spacious, clean and modern! Peacocks roamed outside but were not a noisy nuisance!....just a pretty sight! The main manager of the property, Antonia , was just BRILLIANT! Helpful, interesting, knowledgeable and, of course, friendly and professional! A great asset to the management team! If we are ever in Split again we would not hesitate to stay here again!
