Everything met expectations and was perfect. We especially we're grateful for a warm and clear greeting from Jessica at checkin. Jessica shared a personal restaurant recommendation that satisfied. We also found the room layout to be the best ever for our use. We also loved the walk-in shower. We wish every booking we made provided one.

Stayed one night while traveling. Super efficient check in. Extremely nice. Very clean room and well kept property. Breakfast was good, lots of space. The breakfast team were so nice and welcoming. Good amount of parking and well lit. Very easy access to interstate headed to Salina.

I cannot begin to tell you the litany of what happened with regard to my reservation. No sooner had I checked in, than I was called back to the desk as there was some mistake with a man who checked in after me. ???? But "we'll get it straight." The employee was obviously new, unexperienced and may I add poorly trained? The next morning, two maids knocked on the door to clean, saying the room showed "unoccupied" on their lists. On going downstairs, I was accosted AGAIN about the room. Need to swipe your card...(nope, I already paid)...yes, but it was American Express, this phantom man who checked in right after you. NOT MY PROBLEM! Assured that my bill has been straightened out. Today I check my account and I've been charged $300 for a one night stay at this hotel. I call, manager will not be back until Monday! He is to call me....wanna place bets on that? Or I can email him. I ask you: is this anyway to run a business?

Quiet, no frills Fairfield Inn conveniently located in Hutchinson, KS. Dogs are allowed for an additional $50. Don't expect any of your room preferences to be honored if you have status with Marriott and are traveling with a pet. This hotel is located in a rather industrial area close to train tracks. You will hear the trains all night long. Even with your air conditioner unit on high.

Loved this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, well lit and well appointed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The price was reasonable. I didn’t get to use the amenities (ie. Pool, fitness center) but they were open and looked good enough. The free breakfast was what you’d expect from a continental breakfast with the usual fare. I’d stay here again.
