Abbiamo provato questo ristorante alla fine del nostro viaggio in Rajasthan. Dopo 14 giorni di viaggio e aver provato diversi altri ristoranti sento di poter dare una recensione obiettiva: ottimo cibo, tradizionale e fatto davvero bene, estrema cordialità e discrezione del personale di sala. Gentile lo chef, concorrente di Masterchef India 2018 Prezzi nella media per il luogo e la location-hotel 3 stelle+ (ovvero bassi per noi occidentali).

Tal cual entramos en el hotel, nos recibió un señor enorme y muy sobreactuado que nos pintó la frente con un punto rojo. La sensación fue un poco esperpéntica. La habitación que nos dieron era vieja y oscura, con un baño muy grande, pero aun más oscuro. El pestillo de la puerta estaba arrancado. La verdad es que la impresión fue desagradable. Sólo pasamos una noche, y sin otros sobresaltos. Desayuno justito. Había unos músicos por la noche que tocaban para nadie. No volvería a este hotel, no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Questo hotel dovrebbe essere un 4 stelle ma nei fatti risulta piuttosto decadente, nonostante sia pulito e offra molti servizi, compresa la piscina o la spa. Le camere sono spaziose, i letti comodi, i bagni puliti. Però va sottolineato che nell insieme c'erano cose piuttosto malandate o rotte, come il phon, la doccia, il rubinetto che perde... diciamo che per 25€ a testa a notte è un ottima soluzione ma più di così non ci spenderei. La colazione ha molte cose ma praticamente tutte salate quindi non il massimo.

Sono stata in questa struttura due notti: ci hanno fatto l’upgrade in una stupenda superior room vista giardino. Ho usufruito anche del servizio SPA che suggerisco a chi soggiornerà prossimamente. I camerieri sono tutti molto gentili ed è molto piacevole l’intrattenimento serale con musica e canti di sottofondo. La struttura è molto curata.

Mal hotel en Jodhpur. Las habitaciones eran muy oscuras y estaban llenas de humedades. Las paredes estaban en muy mal estado. Muy poca variedad de cocina occidental en el restaurante. Recalcar que al no comerme un plato que pedí el chef salió de malos modos pidiéndome explicaciones.

A lovely boutique palace hotel and in a convenient location, just a few minutes away from Jodhpur airport. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. As a solo traveller, I would highly recommend it. The staff were courteous, polite and always ready to help. Food at the hotel was also very good and they happily accomodated your request.

The staff provided excellent service, and the chicken dish we selected was expertly crafted by chef Ashish, showcasing their culinary skill and attention to detail. A satisfying dining experience, thanks to the combined efforts of the attentive staff and talented chef

Our stay at Ranbanka palace was enjoyable. Due to a heritage palace building there were no lift access. We were given a room at the second floor however staff were friendly hence we did not have to worry with our heavy cases. Room was spacious with a massive bathroom. It mostly ticked all our boxes of a comfortable stay. Due to a wedding booking on the same night of our stay there were loud music and fire works which honestly we did not mind for one night. One can also get a good view of Ummed Bhavan from the palace terrace.

Whilst the motel itself was clean and relaxing, the motel had a major work ethics issue. The most annoying aspect of the whole stay was the persistent asking for tips from the staff. If a tip was not extracted from us, some employees then avoid us and deliver poor service. And this occurred daily. The employees know how to give good service because they do so when a tip is paid. It is obvious that their main driver is the extractions of tips and not customer service. If the motel resolved this issue, our stay would have been much more enjoyable. On a positive side, the pool is well maintained, the room and area clean, the entertainment enjoyable and shops well stocked.

At checkout nobody asked how the stay was … they are apparently used to the replies .. the usual Indian welcome was resumed to a seemingly warm welcome of a palace hotel but finally rather different- major infrastructural issues were encountered during this two day stay including WiFi, hot water, bed sheets and espresso coffee

Superb Food , very courteous Staff especially the Chef Ashish Singh Ji. He helped us with the best Jodhpuri Menu . Very nice property... A must visit and a must stay property whenever you Visit Jodhpur. Superb location and very well maintained property. Regards! Shravan

This place truly gives you a royal and vintage feel . The place is centrally located and is close to umaid bhavan palace . The restaurant has a quiet ,charming ambience with good food options via a la carte . Special thanks to Akhilesh , the F&B ***ager who was very kind and catered to our requests .

We had a great time at the hotel with state of the art service and hospitality. Specifically impressed with Masterchef Ashish who took care of our special requests. Property was clean and beautifully maintained. Definitely recommended!
