Best hotel in the poconos !!! They literally have the best staff. Me and my girlfriend were trying to check in early and it was before 11am but maya and her son let us check in early for no extra cost. The rooms were beautifully put together huge tv with very nice bathroom I would definitely give 10/10 and refer this place to everyone!

Dirty, nasty, filthy roach motel!! Staff was horrible. Mold everywhere, old nasty carpets dirty stained sheets...just the absolute worst hotel I've ever encountered! Sleep in your car before paying to stay here! 1 star is too generous for this dump

Run away fast!, This place has no business being open. Disgusting!!! Obviously false advertising on the web page….it may have looked like that 20 years ago. Questionable people hanging out there, rotting, mildew and decay everywhere you look.

This place looks nice from the outside but it is certainly deceiving. The rooms were filthy. The linens were stained. There is a question whether or not the sheets had been changed as the was hair on them. The only reason for the one star is I am not able to give them a negative number. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The place is a scam. Nothing like the pictures. Everything is filthy. Guy at front desk ignored when I went to tell him about there being no hot water. Had to get my husband to go again and he kept telling us to turn the tap. The drunk maintenance person came and confirmed there was no hot water and then they still wouldn’t give us a different room. We left at midnight after a long day of driving because we didn’t want to sleep with the cockroaches on top of the stained linens. I’m guessing this place was left to rot and the “new owners” thought it would be ok to let people look at pictures from other hotels or something to take their money 0/10

I visited this hotel many times in the past but these past few years I've stayed there every time its deteriorated meaning rooms smell smoky, bathroom faucets and bathtub were clogged and water keep coming back up, the pool was extremely cold but their excuse is they forgot to put pn the heat in it and my daughter was very disapppinted and room was just straight up dirty. Of course i complained before leaving. Thinking that it would improve i booked again recently but wasn't able to go so I called three days before to cancel and so happened they couldn't find my name or booking so I thought my booking was canceled come to find out when i check my account these scammers charged me so i called them and listen to their excuse i never called or spoke to AMIT the front desk clerk. Attached is my proof calling 3 days before. BE AWARE OF THEM! THEY CLAIM THEY CANT FIND YOUR BOOKING AND CHARGE YOU AND WHEN YOU CALL TO DISPUTE THEY CLAIM THEY DIDNT TALK TO YOU AND YOU DIDNT CALL TO CANCEL!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE the pictures do NOT represent what it looks like at all. The floor is ripped up, looks like it’s under construction. There is no restaurant or breakfast. Pool had residue on it and was freezing cold. The lounge is closed, the bar is not open and has a chain around it, there are rocks and pebbles everywhere, mold in the bathroom, dirty sheets, NO phone to call front desk and half a roll of toilet paper in the room. We requested clean sheets and toilet paper and NEVER got any. They lied and said 3 people inspected the sheets and they were fine. We were in the room, no one had come in at all. Staff was rude and refused to give us a refund. Laughed in our face when we said we’d write a bad review. Couple in next room left immediately. I would not stay here again if you paid me.

This has been the absolute worse hotel I have ever had to deal with. The pictures do not match what you walk into. The whole place smelled of ****, and mold. The rooms were filthy. The sheets had hairs and stains on them. We requested new sheets 3x and they never came. There was mold on ceilings and shower. The carpets were not vacuumed. There was a half eaten sucking candy stuck to the carpet. No toilet paper or tissues even though we had requested some. The staff was very unprofessional, and when we said we wanted to cancel the room, they laughed and said they would not consent to a refund. We called the agency that we booked thru and at first the hotel would not answer their calls. They said since we stayed for an hour it was considered us staying there. We advised them we stayed waiting for sheets and toilet paper that never came. This place is a complete scam. The pool has white scuzzy foam on the surface. The lounge, restaurant and bar were all abandoned even tho its advertised on the website. There are exposed wires throughout the hotel. Between dealing with staff and the rooms, it felt very unsafe. I do not trust anything they would have to say, and the whole hotel felt like a health hazard and safety risk.

Fairbridge Inn & Suites receives top scores for customer service. Tracy, who met us at check-in, was so friendly and attentive. She was accommodating to our requests and made us feel so welcomed. Whether it be the hiring or training, the entire staff was on point and ready to offer assistance. As for accommodations, the rooms were spacious with nice amenities like in-room fridge and microwave. Although there was a fitness center, I was able to exercise in the room for privacy. The pool area was decorated colorfully, and I felt like I was waking into a movie set of a Wes Anderson film. With all the renovations being made, I’m sure the property will only get better. Can’t wait to return to see the changes.

ZERO stars. Stay away AT ALL COSTS. This place is a scam. They sent us to a moldy room that was completely falling apart with dirty mattresses, walls, and surfaces. We went down and demanded a refund, for which they said they couldn't but would authorize it if we called ******* but then when ******* contacted them to confirm, they "had no record of complaints" and said that we stayed in the hotel. They are liars, crooks, scammers. You WILL get sick if you stay here. For your own health and safety, STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.

I stayed here for a week spanning June and July 2022 and loved it. The staff (under new ownership/management, I was told) could not have been warmer or friendlier. They immediately made me feel welcome: answered all my questions, showed me to my room, and helped with the luggage cart. The courtyard is the real star here. It immediately took me back to the "Holidome" style hotels of my youth (do a quick Google image search for "Holidome" if you don't recognize the name -- I'm sure you'll recognize the style). Great pool, rock features, video games, plenty of good seating throughout, etc. Lots of fun and perfect for a nostalgia junkie like me. I recommend a Poolview room if you can get one. Mine was on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the entire courtyard. I did remote work out on the balcony during the day and would relax there in the evening -- it was great. Good wifi throughout the place. Brand new laundry machines. Restaurant, gas station, convenience store, all within easy walking distance. Right next to Pocono Creek. Super-convenient to I-80 as well. This place is a laid-back throwback in all the right ways. I'll definitely be staying here again.

I was in town for one night with a friend. Booked a 2x queen for $300. We had time to grab keys, drop bags, and rush off to our plans in town about a mile walk. We drove past the property once and when we turned around realized that the hotel is offset and looked so closed and run down it didn't even catch our eye. Even the parking lot was in bad shape. Standing in front of the building, it looked dark and closed despite the sign that said open. Walking in, it was HOT. No a/c in the reception area. Warmer than outside. The place is literally in the process of being gutted. The bar/restaurant is closed and gutted. While waiting to get keys, a woman was at the desk complaining that she needed a new room -- her room had hair on the pillow and the sheets hadn't been washed. That should have been our cue to walk away. We had to grab and go so we didn't stick around. The pool area -- we were so shocked we took pictures. It looks right out of Three's Company. The outside of the room looked like a motel except it was inside. An in wall air conditioner stuck out and a big picture window. Now -- the room. Smelled like smoke. Gross. We cranked the A/C unit down and at least that worked. The room was nasty. Stains on the ceiling over the bed, a extra door that led to a hallway a behind the rooms -- weird, the bathroom was dirty. Hair on the floor, stained ceiling and sink. Really gross. We had no options so we checked the beds that seemed safe enough to sleep in and we left first thing. I contacted ********** in hopes of a refund. They were less than helpful so I'll never use them again. (I couldn't write a review there because the property is already off their site.)
