Fantastisch mooi hotel. Wij hadden de familiekamer, ruim en schoon. Kleinschalig hotel, net buiten het centrum in een gezellige wijk. Op loopafstand naar de Burcht en het centrum. Wel moet je een trap op voor de kamers. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Sfeervolle ambiance. Parkeren van tevoren aanvragen bij het hotel.

We had a great time at the hotel, lovely room, the location was perfect, staff very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was so good, lots of vegan options including oat/soy milk & Prosecco, the castle is a 5 minute walk and the Charles bridge about 10 minutes, we can’t wait to come here again. Thank you so much it was perfect

Small and very nice hotel de charme, close to the castle in a quiet road. Staff helpful and very kind, breakfast various and with very good food, in particular yogurt. Room clean and big, the only weakness is the bathroom, roomy but pretty old (no shower), to be easily improved and refurbished.

Very quaint, clean and comfortable property. Staff was helpful and breakfast each morning in the courtyard was a nice treat. Safe neighborhood just down the street from the US embassy. Walkable to everything. Highly recommend.

Excellent accommodation, friendly staff. We were given a lovely large and comfortable apartment, simply furnished but very clean and had everything we needed. Great location and quiet despite being very convenient for the castle and town. Brilliant breakfasts which include Prosecco and lots of different cakes! Would definitely stay again.

Anna was extremely welcoming and informative upon my arrival. Her colleague set-up a rude to the airport for my departure. I declined housekeeping, but the room was spic and span clean when I entered. Breakfast was plentiful and diverse. Location was quiet, but close enough to walk to many wonderful sites. Very highly recommended!

We booked a room on ground floor, with airco, with fan, with patio. We got a room om top floor, no fan, no patio and we were NOT allowed to use the airco! th room was 25 degrees and the window screens were impossible to close. we had to climb the couch, then a table to close them. CRAZY. we complained but lukas the manager refused to talk to us. so be carefull what you book!!!!!

Everything was wonderful ! On our arrival, the young woman at the front desk was very welcoming and checked us in quickly. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The location was perfect! Just a short walk up the hill to the castle or down the hill to the Charles Bridge. The breakfast great with a lot of variety. There was also a young man attending the front desk who was also very helpful providing information about restaurants, and local information. We plan to return to Prague for another visit and will stay at the White Lilie again.

Prague has a lot to offer and this hotel is located central yet still in a quiet and beautiful area. Staff is really friendly and accomodating. We upgraded to a superior room and it was absolutely worth the money. We definitively got more than expected and will choose this hotel on our next trip to Prague.

This is an exceptionally beautiful hotel. It was like inhabiting an early Italian Renaissance painting and the staff are geniuses at anticipating your needs. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and is it my imagination or was the bathroom floor heated?…I was very tired when I arrived so maybe I imagined that part but my feet were never cold in the bathroom lol. Exceptional place - I will surely return.
