Friendly staff.

Requested a non smoking room but it was evident that it had for likely a long time been a smoking room and it had been masked with chemicals to remove the smell but the tobacco chemicals seeped out from the carpet and walls. Hotel room should be gutted, new flooring, furniture etc. as it is at least 30 years past due.

This property was awful! Not what we expected. It is clear that they cater to a more transient demographic. I would not stay here with kids as it feels very unsafe (yes, two adult females felt very unsafe here). All the doors to get in from the parking lot have the locks ripped out, so anyone can enter at anytime with or without a key. For example, I saw two big men walk in with a large pit bull from the back parking area. Our first room had stains on the sheets … they told me it’s not a big deal because it’s only rust…the fridge was broken and dented/dirty, the mattress was stained and dirty. When I went into the hot tub there was a dirty ring around the tub. When I realized this I got out and I too had a dirt/muck residue on my body that I immediately showered off. No joke. An actual mucky goop on my body. We tried to ask to cancel the reservation twice so we could go somewhere else and they said no. I honestly could go on and on about this property, but all I will say is stay far away from it! Not worth it!

This is an older property that is undergoing renovations. The staff was friendly. Our room was fairly dirty with mold in the bathroom toilet. The bed was comfortable, and the price was inexpensive. Overall it was ok for the price paid.

There was some work being done on the property. It was very noisy. Dogs were barking. They shut the water off for about 2 hours. Our pillow cases had blood on them. And the place smelled of mold and mildew. Just all around filthy

The cleanliness of the room was unkempt. There was only one bath towel, 1 face cloth & 2 hand towels. The hair dryer had sparks shooting out when turn on and started to smoke. Breakfast was minimal compared to other Fairfield hotels. The front check in staff were excellent!

The hotel staff was good. The overall conditions of the hotel was run down. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The bathroom grout was yellow on many areas. As you walk in & the rooms had a distinctive smell that wasn't pleasant. It was a non-smoking hotel but smelled of old smoke. The door to the room had a patch near the lock that looked like someone had put a whole in it.

reasonable price, offers breakfast. On site covenient parking, room clean, easily accessible to unload vehicles, let us keep mountain bikes in room.

Place is a dump, poorly maintained zero customer service, called down every morning to request clean towels and came back at night with dirty towel still laying on the floor. Stayed there for 7 days and never once emptied the garbage or did any room freshening Wi-Fi was horrible And free breakfast was not good

Our door had a really bad gap in it and it looked like it might have been broken into. I would like to see that fixed otherwise it was comfortable.

My non-smoking room smelled of smoke and I had to run the air conditioner constantly to attempt to get rid of the smell. The room had the smallest toilet I've ever seen and the breakfast selection was poor. All of this was compounded by the fact that the housekeeping staff was MIA for my entire 5 day stay. I will not be staying here again.

Blinds and walls had stains, bathroom had insect traps and bugs crawling around, TV and phone did not work.

People hanging around outside late at night. Security doors not working. Pool not operating. Furnishings and bedding old and worn. Burns on the phone table burns in bedspread. Unsure of cleanliness of floors.

If a plank bed and a potato sack pillow are your cup o tea this place is for you.
