We were lucky to get the studio apartment upstairs. This was spacious and very comfortable. We had just spent a family weekend in Arrowtown and chose to have an extra night to have a dinner in Cromwell for an anniversary celebration. An added bonus was keeping the blinds up and watching all the fireworks on Guy Fawkes night. A lovely stay.

Beautifully clean, great hot shower (good pressure),comfortable clean bedrooms. In a peaceful nice area. Modern kitchen with microwave, toaster, hob. Easy to find, and easy check in. Would recommend as an alternative if not stopping in Queenstown

I booked the executive room and on the day got a normal doubles room but still paid the price for the one I had booked on line. When I sent an on line enquiry about why I was given the wrong room, have nt bothered to reply. My executive room's exceptional views were of a dried out garden in the car park. Not impressed. Wouldn't go back again.

I found the host to be extremely rude and unprofessional. She snapped at me when I was checking in and the same at checkout. And didn't acknowledge us or was able to find a smile for the duration of our stay. She also put us in a smaller apartment despite rather ones being unavailable. Just terrible service. We would never stay here again.

Can't speak highly enough about this motel, Asure Motel in Cromwell. So amazingly clean and comfortable. Mary, the host was ever so nice, couldn't do enough for me. I wish all the motels I'd stopped at were even half as good as this one. Thank you for making my stay so lovely

We recently stayed for a night at Assure in Cromwell, NZ, and what a fantastic experience it was! From the moment we arrived, Gaylene made us feel right at home. The rooms were immaculately presented and thoughtfully designed for both short and long stays. The grounds were just as pristine, and the location is perfect – just a short walk to town, with easy access to local bars and restaurants. Thank you for such a warm stay, and we can’t wait to return in the near future!

Booking was for family funeral, therefore made at short notice right before Labour Weekend. Our family room and studio were well presented, very clean, and spacious. Close to ‘downtown’ Cromwell - you can walk! Would definitely stay there again. Well priced.

Back for the 4th time over the last 8 years , as always very clean and tidy and efficiently run , new lower additional family rooms are excellent , very quiet , plenty of parking , no reason why I would consider anywhere else to stay in Cromwell .

Having stayed in a less than desirable unit in Tekapo the night before, we were thrilled and relieved with the standard of the accommodation here. Staff were extremely friendly. The accommodation is spotless, very comfortable, and even though our unit was closest to the road, it was very quiet. Also, very close to the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
