酒店俄羅斯妹妹和泰國小哥都是非常的熱心熱情，讓入住得到了非常愉快的體驗。早餐在隔壁兩家餐廳吃的，可選擇性還是比較多。算是性價比比價優的酒店

Have just Stayed at Jacob Samuel for 7 nights with friends. We reserved 3 rooms and mine was a Deluxe with Balcony. The rooms are modern and well maintained with good lighting as well as being fully equipped with an efficient and silent air conditioner. I would especially like to commend Yariv the duty manager as well as Svetlana at the front desk for making our stay exceptional.In addition the Room cleaning staff who did an excellent job . There is an also a very good restaurant at the property (separately owned) and a Bar in the Basement with top quality cocktails to enjoy. Even though the hotel is in a busy area with a main road the rooms are double glazed and almost silent. In fact I was so impressed overall I am coming back with my family in August and have changed hotels to stay at the Jacob Samuel .

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in the world. Special mention to the Operations Manager, who went above and beyond our expectations. We were and will always be grateful. We looked forward to returning to our favourite new city, and making this our hotel our second home.

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und die Lage ist Top. Das Hotel an sich ist etwas klein (Keine Lobby), die Bar und das Restaurant gehören nicht zum Hotel, man ist aber immer willkommen. Das Frühstück ist ausser Haus in einem der zwei Strassenkaffees 10m vom Hotel. Es ist gut jedoch etwas spartanisch, wer mehr will zahlt extra. An europäsche Standarts kommt es nicht ganz heran, für Tel Aviv jedoch ein gutes Hotel und verhältnismässig sehr sauber.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Jacob Samuel for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and cozy - it almost felt like a little apartment rather than a hotel room. The balcony was extremely spacious. We had a small hiccup when our toilet stopped flushing but someone came to our room & fixed it within one hour of reporting it to the front desk. Yaniv and Constantine at the front desk were extremely helpful during our entire stay. I highly recommend the Jacob Samuel!

The location is excellent. It is located in what seems to be the heartbeat of Tel Aviv. Turn left and walk 4 or 5 blocks to the Mediterranean Sea. Or turn right and walk through endless restaurants and people outdoors having a wonderful time. The hotel really is perfectly located. But even more impressive was the amazing staff. My plane arrived at 4 am and I got to the hotel at 5 am. The staff graciously went ahead and gave me a room. The room was clean and comfortable. The manager and staff leaned forward to help with restaurant recommendations, a nearby fitness center, and with laundry service. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. When I return to Tel Aviv, I will not even consider another hotel. I will definitely stay again at the Jacob Samuel on Dizengoff Street!

Didn't manage to stay at hotel due to a cancelled flight. The hotel were super helpful, friendly and quick in responding to the changing situation.

I have arrived at the Hotel on 11th April 22 at 1AM. My company booked and paid for reservation few days ahead. At the arrival they found the booking but the receptionist said it has not been paid. I have shown them the booking number, the card that was paid with with the card authorisation for the amount. The receptionist called someone and they said i have to pay and it will be sorted first thing in the morning before i left. Having no choice at 1AM i paid $264. In the morning i asked about the situation. Anothe rperson at reception asked me to write down my card number and they will refund it that day. It has been nearly 2 and half months, they refunded $80 and kept promising and finding excuses( it's holiday, finance manager is away etc). After numerous emails they said it was refunded and will show on my card in few days. Obviously a lie. This was 3 weeks ago and they stopped answering emails as well. Do not use this hotel, you have been warned.

My stay was lovely. Helpful staff, great location. But outside construction was noisy even at night.

An excellent boutique style hotel in the charming neighborhood at Ditzengoff and Arlozorov Streets Staff was highly attentive and helpful.

We had a wonderful one night stay at the Jacob Sameul. We arrvied on a red eye flight and were able to store our luggage and have a cup a tea and quick rest before we went out for the morning while we waited for our room. We were able to check in early and that was so helpful as we'd been up for a long time. We really got the sense that the staff understood this and worked to get us in as soon as possible. The room itself was just beautiful and clean. The bathroom glass door and the brass shower head could have used some extra attention and the air conditioning wasn't working when we arrived but it was very quickly fixed but the staff. There is a busy restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel and does detract a bit from a calm hotel lobby, but otherwise, I understand it's a top restuarant in Tel Aviv. The hotel is in a superb location and if you're new to the area, this is a great place to start. We loved our stay, would certainly stay again and have already recommended The Jacob Samuel to a friend who will be traveling to Tel Aviv soon.

We booked a deluxe room with a balcony that should be larger than the other rooms in the boutique hotels in Tel Aviv. In fact we got a very small room that did not match the description or pictures. No value for money

Everyone at this hotel is incredibly nice and willing to do anything to make your stay more pleasant. Location is fantastic. Do not reserve with breakfast, breakfast is less expensive if you just buy it on site.
