Beautiful condo complex short drive from Phuket International Airport and ten minute walk to the beach. Set off a quiet road which has a variety of shops such as a minimart (many Russian goods), pharmacy, tailor, currency exchange, restaurant, cafe, laundrette etc. On the Title site there are a number of swimming pools, gym, filtered drinking water station and food vending machines including 711 machine. Basically everything you need for a comfortable stay is nearby.

Booked at the title for 23 days Apartment nice and clean and tidy bit dated .no kettle,no toaster, had to ask when linen and towels and bedding would be changed told every seven days arranged for the above to be done no one arrived told they had sent the staff to o the wrong apartment so turned up a day later Be aware if you want the bedding or towels etc changed more frequently you have to pay 300baht . The property is advertised and it says 5 pools 4 pools for everyone .and a small roof pool for adults only .don't be fooled by this people turned up with small children .upon enquiring why they were allowed at the adult only pool we were told they could come accompanied by an adult The sign at the pool states no one under 15 years of age allowed to use the pool total contradiction also false advertising be aware .also the property is mainly Russian people who generally do not mix. there is parking at the property .the walk to the beach is through a lane between the slate resort and the Naiyang beach resort be aware this is used by the locals and tourists alike as a short cut on motorbikes It is quite dangerous day and night as some do not slow down if you have small children be aware of this .for the cost the property is good value and quite near the beach .

This was the best place for our vacation in Thailand! We have had absolutely no problem, the personal was really nice and generous, the pools were amazing and specially apartment super clean. Almost every day we rented bikes and beach towels for free. The landscape of resort was wonderful, everything clean. To the beautiful Naiyang beach we were walking about 5 minutes from hotel. In the town Sakhu is also every second day big market. Other big towns in Phuket Island as Patong or old town Phuket are cca 30 km far.

Very crowded property - lots of children and families. Clean and safe but units are quite small. Don’t expect to cook your dinners in your unit because there are no real grocery stores where you can purchase meat, fish and vegetables. We bought enough cereal and fruit so we could have breakfast and that was it.

Nice apartments with 3 shallow, well kept pools. Bit of building work close by, nothing to get upset about, be finished soon. Predominantly Russian guests, but English widely spoken. Very close to the beach, with a huge selection of restaurants and bars, you can dine on the beach. Ten minute drive from airport, but no aircraft noise.
