Probably best to look for another lodging. While the young lady at the desk rates five stars, the rest of the hotel does not. Just start off with, Internet is not available on the first and fourth floors. In my second-floor room, the air conditioning did not work, toilet paper was not in the holder, the bedside lamp did not work, the shower stall door was broken and the drain very, very slow and the room itself was somewhat noisy as being next to the street. My supposition is that prior reviews may well have been written by friends or Perhaps the current owners have decided not to invest in simple repairs.

Modern decor inside. Updated bathroom. No overhead shower head. Handheld shower at waist level. Occasionally no hot water. Comfortable mattress, fresh clean sheets. Large windows with a lot of sunlight. A/C works well. TV. Room darkening drapes. Located on a busy street with traffic noise through the night. Unfortunately a dangerous mold and mildew problem from leak in ceiling, now peeling paint. Very strong mildew smell upon entering room #304. Breakfast 2/5 16 min walk downhill to Old Town Sarajevo. Very friendly and helpful English speaking desk staff
