The room was quite small, windows dirty and on the half 4th floor young students who partied with music, telco in the hallway, smashing doors at 4am. Fitness room and pools too small. Serena Rest/bar quite good. Staff is top.

酒店離海邊挺近的，步行可達一條商業街和西班牙街。要去看小哈瓦那和小海地和設計師街要打車20分鐘吧。我們到早了，前台小姐姐幫我們先存好行李，我們就出去玩了。到酒店的這幾天趕上百年不遇的極寒，所以沒用上頂層漂亮的游泳池啊啊！記得向前台去了解一下他們免費提供的海灘傘和週六早上的海灘瑜伽！健身房要用另一家姐妹酒店的，20刀一次。酒店存在的問題也有，我們入住以後發現電視壞了完全不能修，想想我們也不太看電視，所以就沒換房間（也沒有房間可換，滿店！）。工作人員服務態度很好很專業。

位置好...前台工作人員取決於誰爲您服務..有些真的很友好,其他不是那麼多。食物很好,餐廳很好,員工很友好,但是錯過了早餐...太糟糕了。屋頂游泳池很好,但沒有遮蔭,沒有人把傘放上去,酒吧關門了...看不到工作人員!可惜這是一個不錯的地區。我們的房間在舊建築中,迫切需要雷諾和整容...總的來說,還可以。

我們預訂的是海景房間，提前將費用交了，到后服務員給安排了一個三樓的麪向大海的有正麪陽台的海景房間，雖然是麪向大海，但是由於樓層低，是本酒店最低的客房，且又有平台，在陽台上看不到全部的海麪，是最差的一間海景房間，入住后就找前台服務員要求換一個同類型的高層房間，但前台服務員就是不給換，說沒有了，高層衹有側麪能看到海景的，和預訂的房間不一樣，我們不同意，經過多次溝通，給調整到了一個正麪雖然能看到海但是窗戶打不開，且僅有側麪陽台的15樓的一個房間，房間雖然很大，但很舊，還美其名曰給我們升級了。我們不需要升級的大房間，我們衹要按預訂條件有海景的陽台房間，服務員就是說沒有，因為費用已經預交了，無法退回，又是晚上，在沒有其他辦法的情況下，衹好入住這個很大的沒有正麪海景陽台的，和預訂條件不符的房間，感覺很不舒服！由於語言不通，交流很困難，像是被騙的一樣！我們不能理解，這樣一個很大的酒店，共16層，有很多海景房間，初步估算同樣的房間有近六十個，但是就給你安排一個最差的房間，你要換就是沒有，反正你的錢也已經交了，也不給你退，愛住不住，太無法理解了，建議國內客人不要再預定這家酒店。

Отличный отель, который находится на второй линии от воды, никаких проблем в этом нет, идти все равно всего 2-3 минуты. Город очень большой и пляж протяженный, так что советую сразу арендовать себе авто если выбираете данный отель, иначе отдых будет только на пляже, расстояния от данного отеля до всего остального очень большие. Персонал очень приветливый, сам отель небольшой, внутри отеля есть ресторан, судя по отзывам очень хороший. Если у вас окна выходят на дорогу - по ночам будет шумно от машин, которые ездят с громким выхлопом или музыкой, советую учесть это заранее.

Service was good except when we called to have someone take as look at the door that wasn’t locking and we needed to leave soon. I had to go downstairs after the call we made and waited a long time for my turn. Finally when it was my turn the person told me he knew about the door but hadn’t been able to check so I told him to change my room because we were running late, and he did.  There were no toiletries at all whatsoever.  The parking is too expensive. As with other hotels, motels and inns etc, it should be included.  Other than that the first person to was extraordinary nice and helped me out.

第二次入住，匆忙中訂錯了房間，入住后才發現。工作人員很熱情地幫我換了房間，還一直安慰我。因為去邁阿密灘回來晚了，過了晚飯時間，以為吃不上了，結果廚房給晚歸的客人都留了晚飯，很是感動。

早餐不錯，自助類型，但是酒店建議給服務員小費，我們兩人給了2刀，很多外國人我看見有不給的，這個貌似隨意，兩張大牀，我們兩人就用了一張，酒店位置不錯，就在南海灘附近。兩天加了43刀多，提前看評論知道要加，貌似城市稅，反正總共算下來一晚需要800左右，貌似還不算貴的
