邁阿密海灘切爾西飯店(Hotel Chelsea)

Hotel is in a very run down state. The carpets are dirty, elevator super small and smells and the rooms too. There is not reception area, as the front of the hotel is occupied by a restaurant and is always busy and way too crowded. Aircon controls don't work u can't turn if off and is super loud too. The toilet doesn't have warm water in the basin. Bedsheets and towels were clean. Location is good. No amenities. Haroid at the reception was great and gave me recommendations in the area. Very nice and gentlemen.

It's a nice, clean place near the beach.

Good value, great area. Rooms are nicely decorated. Cuban restaurant attached to the hotel was also really nice.

The hotel is fine. Close to beach. The foods at the restaurant on the first floor, serving Cuban food, is excellent. Water of the shower is slow though.

Good location!! Perfect to go to beach, north, and south.

Great and clean place

El hotel es terrible. Los cuartos son extremadamente encerrados y tienen un olor terriblemente fuerte a humedad. Estuvimos 20 minutos en la habitación y nos retiramos por motivos de salud, pues comenzamos con una crisis de asma inmediatamente después de ingresar, pidiendo un reembolso ya que no utilizamos ni siquiera 1 sola noche de la estadía. NO NOS QUIEREN DEVOLVER EL DINERO. No lo recomiendo en lo más mínimo. También observarnos que el personal del front desk no nos ayudó en lo más mínimo ni nos resolvió nada en absoluto. DEJEN DE RENTAR CUARTOS EN MALAS CONDICIONES.

Normally I don't leave reviews, but this situation really annoyed me. Upon arriving to designated room, I needed to use the bathroom and discovered rather late (if you know what I mean) that there wasn't any toilet paper or towels. I tried calling the front desk using their telephone which wasn't working either! I'll spare you the details but fortunately I managed with some napkins I had in my luggage. When I asked for towels, they didn't have any readily available and gave me some co**** beach towels. I never got the bathroom towels. When I tried showering, there was only a trickle and only lukewarm. At night, tried turning on the lamp which didn't work so we had to keep the harsh ceiling light on. The mattresses had you sinking uncomfortably as well. Overall, a less than favorable experience for such a lovely looking art deco hotel in an ideal location.

El hotel chelsie fue una completa decepción, no entiendo como ******* ofrece semejante lugar. El personal pasota y desagradable. Tuve un problema con el aire y ni caso me hicieron. Me cobraron 28 dolares x noche, y un depósito, es decir, las 4 noches que pase alli como si ne hubiera quedado en los hilton. No fueron a limpiar hasta el tercer dia. Hace 8 dias que me fui de alli, y aun no me han devuelto el depósito. No vayan a sememjante lugar, miami ofrece lugares mucho mejores y mas baratos.
