倫諾克斯邁阿密海灘飯店(Lennox Miami Beach)

Great hotel! Really good location and very friendly staff! Would definitely recommend

Food was really good but a bit expensive. Staff was nice and helpful. The pool was very quiet and peaceful & the rooms were nice and clean.

É a segunda vez que fico nesse hotel, pois a primeira vez foi muito boa. Dessa vez tivemos alguns pequenos incômodos. Check-in passou para as 4:00 PM e ao chegarmos fomos oferecidos para fazer check-in antecipado mediante pagamento de um valor, o que foi recusado e ao solicitar que guardassem as malas, informaram que 2 dos 3 quartos estavam prontos, ou seja, ficou clara a intenção de cobrar despesas de qualquer jeito dos hóspedes. Dessa vez escolhi uma suite na penthouse, no último andar, e o quarto era mesmo bom, mas, como o corredor entre o elevador e o quarto é aberto (ar livre) e ao lado existem inúmeros exaustores de cozinhas, o cheiro de cozinha e fritura é enorme, dando a sensação de que ficamos impregnados com esse cheiro e nem podíamos deixar a porta do quarto muito tempo aberta, senão esse cheiro de cozinha adentrava. Da próxima vez, vou voltar a ficar em um quarto com acesso interno apenas. Por fim, ao chegarmos ao hotel, decidimos tomar um café, tipo um lanche, no restaurante do hotel, mas o tempo de espera foi enorme e por isso, decidimos não usar mais o restaurante do hotel.

There were 8+ mosquitoes I killed in my room. 2 staff members were super friendly and notified a team to spray in my room, but there aren't screens on the windows, and the upkeep of my room was not ideal. Some of the staff were very standoffish but, overall, that's Miami. Phone did not work, shower was a bit rusted. Overall not my best experience (I've stayed here twice. My first time was much better)

The property is great, small poll but okay, gym (you need your personal peloton account to be able to use it). The pool bar is open until 6pm. The restaurant is little bit pricey, NYC prices. Important to mention is that when I booked the 2 bed room it was saying "pool view/ pool room. Without realizing that the room is actually ON the pool. You literally have to go through the bed chairs and all people chilling by the pool to get into your room. The room has no privacy, unless you put the down the blackout curtains which blocks the daylight. The bathroom is all in glass, not fully transparent but little privacy there too! If you're okay with these kind of accommodations then this hotel is for you. If you dont mind staying under the AC since there are no balconies and all windows are sealed then you're good to go there. We requested another room, away from the pool or in other words with little more privacy. We were told that this is downgrade and we will not receive refund. Disappointing with no other choice caught on the spot. The room was nice, cool furniture, clean, windows sealed so the AC has to be ON all the time. That was a real bummer! I came to Miami to warm up and to enjoy the pleasant weather. Ive been staying in other hotels (not to put their names here) and their windows were not sealed. The staff is friendly and responsive. We stayed there 7 days. I wouldn't come back due to the above reasons.

I really liked this property - room was good, overall great feel. My only complaint is the cost of the food and drinks. I made the mistake of ordering a drink at the pool bar and was shocked to get a bill for ~$25 for a vodka soda (single)... I think every person bought one thing from the pool bar and then thought better of it as the bar tender was sitting around watching her phone all week while every chair at the pool was occupied... Management should get a clue. My room cost per night was equal to 8 vodka & soda - does that seem right?? Not to me. I'd say at this hotel again - really like the facility and the location but don't plan to buy food or drinks (coffee was $8 for 12ozs) - crazy.

I loved my stay at Lennox and highly recommend it. The staff was amazing and the rooms were so spotless. Cleaniess is a hige pet peeve for me and I had no complaints. I loved how intimate the hotel felt as well as the golf cart service provided by the hotel. The restaurant located within the hotel was soooo good. We ate there a few times and it was so convenient. I will definitely go back to Miami and stay at The Lennox.

We have a fantastic 4 days at the Lennox Miami Beach. It was our 3er time here and we enjoyed it very much! Thanks to Fidel, Carla, Alvaro, Nati, and also Mariana at the Restaurant Amalia! You all made our stay very special! See you next time!
