We recently celebrated our son's birthday at the hotel in Nassema Towers, and it was a truly memorable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. A special thank you to Maria at the reception, who was not only friendly but went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her warm demeanor set the perfect tone for our stay. We’d also like to recognize Kashif in the concierge and his colleague (sorry we didn’t catch the name!)—both of whom were fantastic. They extended help even before we asked, always ready with a smile and proactive in making sure we were comfortable. The venue was beautiful, the service impeccable, and the staff truly made us feel like family. Thank you for helping us create such special memories for our son's birthday. We’ll definitely be coming back!

No hot water in the bathroom. After a cold shower when I told reception they aid I was supposed to flip a switch. No sign on the switch and the management are not professional enough to tell guests that it was necessary. And unfortunately I didn't have my psychic abilities activated to know what I should do. Normally one does not expect to have to switch the hot water on. So at least I had a nice hot shower the next morning. However when I returned to the room in the evening I found the bathroom floor soaking and dangerously slippery with a heating element lying on the floor. Apparently someone had been sent to repair the hot water system - which was working perfectly well - and had decided that the functioning heater needed replaced. I had asked to speak with the manager the first evening but she was not professional enough to get in touch. The second evening she had already left until 9am the next morning, so apparently if anyone needs to speak to a manager outside office hours the facility is not capable of providing that. Great location but frankly not worth the hassle when they can't deal with a basic issue.

Superb experience!! I was invited by my friends celebrating their birthdays couple of months ago and I was amazed with the modern interior and spacious design of the rooms. I decided to host my birthday celebration and invited my family and it’s a total blast! 😊 Thank you for Joy for organizing the booking of my room. She really made it happen for me. The bellboy Kaiser I don’t know if I spelled it right but his name sounds like Cashier 😁, He’s very helpful, accommodating and assisted me best way possible he can. The receptionists are very helpful too. Overall, it was a great choice! Thank you for the amazing hospitality. Will be back soon. 👊🏼

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant quelques jours et c'était une très bonne expérience, un grand appartement, un service rapide et aussi des travailleurs amicaux, en particulier l'Algérien M. talhi, il a été très serviable et nous a toujours donné son sourire. Merci beacoup

Hotel Bién ubicado, habitaciones amplias, agradables, muy buena aseo en general, buena atención del personal que se esmera en comunicarse con los clientes, tiene cerca restaurantes y casas de cambio. Muy buena vista desde las Habitaciones

Nous sommes actuellement au nassima tower appartement L’appartement est très spacieux mais vraiment dommage que la prestation soit pas à la hauteur . Pour un appartement Pas de torchons, pas assez de couverts pour 5 en effet il y a 3 fourchettes, un lave vaisselle mais sans pastille même pas de liquide vaisselle , même pas une éponge pour nettoyer la table après avoir manger . Un appartement uniquement pour faire du uber eat ou Deliveroo car on ne peut rien faire . C’est vraiment le minimum et encore . Et le plus surprenant : la piscine . Nous sommes avec des enfants de 2 ans et demi et un grand de 5 ans et ils n’ont même pas le droit d’aller dans la piscine avec nous . Ils ont juste le droit d’aller dans la pataugeoire et nous du coup nous ne pouvons pas nous baigner car sinon ils veulent aller avec nous dans la piscine . Donc vraiment triste , nous avons même demandé un remboursement qu’ils n’ont pas accepté malheureusement sinon nous aurions été ailleurs car franchement on est dégoûté. Bref allez voir ailleurs d’autres hôtel sont bien meilleur et adapté aux familles.
