THE HOTEL IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING , BUT I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE UPON CHECKING INN. THE AGENT FROM THE HOTEL CHECK ME INN IN THE WRONG ROOM. UPON SEEING WENT BACK RIGHT WAY. THEY HAD CHANGED THE AGENT , AND THE OTHER ONE COUDN'T FIND MY RESERVATION. I MADE RESERVATION THROUGH ******* , EVEN THOUGHT I WAS SHOWING TO HIM, THE EMAIL FROM ******* HE KEEP ON TELLING ME I HAD NO RESERVATION. HE CALLED THE RESERVATION DEPARTMENT, AND WAS WAITING FOR THE MANAGER IT TOOK THEM ALMOST 3 HOURS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE OUGH!! THEM THEY CHARGED ME MORE THAN ******* HAD TOLD ME THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO CHARGE. AN EXTRA $165,00 I HAVE NO IDEA WHY. I WAS TIRED HUNGRY , I HAD AN AUTISTIC BOY WITH ME THAT WAS VERY TIRED SO I JUST WANT THINGS TO BE RESOLVED AND PAYED. THE AGENT FROM THE HOTEL GAVE ME A RECEIPT FROM A DIFFERENT HOTEL THE NAME OF PENGUIN HOTEL IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FROM THE PRESIDENT BECAUSE THIS WHERE I STAYED. IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT THE PERSON BEHIDE THE COUNTER COULD NOT UNDERSTAND A THING. ACCORDING TO ******* I WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY $330.60 EXTRA AT THE HOTEL MY RESERVATION WAS FOR 6 ADULTS 2 KIDS 2 ROOMS.
RESORT FEE SAID $33.06 PER NIGHT 5 NIGHTS 2 ROOMS WOULD BE $330.60 AND THAT IS WHAT ******* TOLD ME TO PAY . INSTEAD HOTEL CHARGED ME FOR THE 2 ROOMS
$495.90. I WAS TIRED AND JUST WANT TO HAVE MY FAMILY VACATION.
THE HOTEL IS NICE , GREAT LOCATION , GREAT BREAKFAST. THIS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME IN 30 YEARS OF VACATIONING.
