海岸套房(Seacoast Suites on Miami Beach)

We stayed for 3 nights in a multi-bedroom suite with 2 full bathrooms. Cleanliness is most important to us and for that they get an A+. The decor was nice, but the suites can use an update. We had a great balcony overlooking Indian Creek and the location was perfect.

Very cozy comfy and relaxing. Awesome experience.

I liked the suite. It was spacious with an ocean view which was spectacular. The cleanliness of the hotel is magnificent. The location of the hotel is convinient and accessible to the public transportation. I would stay here in the future. What I didnt like was the staff. They were unfriendly and not polite at all. They were not helpfull and when I asked them questions the answer was always "I don'tknow". They are there at the front desk, but they don't know anything. Overall the hotel I love!

The customer service was awful, the hidden fees they charge for using the resort and for parking I went to grab a coffee and the lady had an awful attitude, $7 dollars a cup of coffee by the way. everyone there is rude l had to ask for bath towels l stayed for 5 days and they never got me clean towels I would never stay in this place again . Better customer service need

People who stay at this place should be able to park their cars on the property at no extra charge, you should be able to use the chairs at the beach without extra money plus you have to pay for your umbrella! After we paid almost 4,000$ we still had to pay extra for everything listed above!!!! Elevators were unbelievable slow

Only thing I like was close access to beach. Yet when renting chairs & umbrellas, they close at 5pm! It’s summer time! For guests to pay for parking is ridiculous! We stayed 5 nights and not ONCE did we get housekeeping even to make up beds & take trash out. We had to take own trash out! Parking in basement is poorly lit. I will not recommend this place to friends.

The property is not what is described in the picture. It smelled funny in the apartment the door didn’t close properly. The toilet seat was extremely loose. There was many things that needed to be fixed in the apartment. It seemed like it was not taken care of very well Very little utensils to cook with. Wasn’t what we were expecting.

No me gustaron varias cosas: 1 el check Out es a las 10am m,cinco minutos para cumplirse el tiempo estaban las Housekeeper tocándonos la puerta para preguntarnos se demora vamos en salir? 2 En la aplicación dice que ellos guardan el equipaje, es correcto pero no dicen que cobran cinco dólares por cada maleta omg 3 El depósito cuando llegas, ni en los mejores hoteles me lo han exigido 500us es demasiado.

El costo de estacionamiento es exagerado El horario del gimnasio y alberca pésimo En general el personal podría ser más agradable En 6 días de estancia nadie sube hacer limpieza ni ha recoger basura
