倫敦之行最滿意的酒店，鬧中取靜，每個服務人員都相當的熱情周到，而且有中文服務，那位來自香港的小哥哥介紹的非常的清楚。房間雖然不大，但設計很合理，這次是帶小朋友來鍛鍊的,有什麼問題都儘可能的讓她去溝通，每一個服務人員都給予了很大的幫助，行李員主動熱情，前台也會關心是否需要叫車，令她非常的喜歡倫敦這座城市。

這家酒店非常乾淨，位置很好。第二次入住這家酒店，上一次是幾年前出差，公司在外網平台預定的，入住感受良好。這次是個人旅行，卻有一些不一樣的體驗。房間分為五個檔位，由於帶了28寸旅行箱，不想住的那麼擁擠，定了中間檔位的俱樂部房（32平米）。打開房間門，通過狹窄的走道進入卧室，基本可以達到“進屋就上牀”的標準，行李箱剛好可以展開，但是展開之後剛好卡在牆和牀之間，沒有行走空間，去衛生間需要一個大跳蹦過去。小小的一個窗戶，窗外景色感人，奇怪的管道伴隨着機器的低鳴。聯繫酒店被告知無房可換，滿房（明明看到各個預定平台當晚還有充裕房間），聯繫攜程，也表示“聯繫酒店了，房型沒錯，關於噪音，沒房了沒辦法”，“怕吵就把窗戶關緊些吧”…… 訂的是帶早餐和迎賓水果的房型，酒店卻說攜程沒有告知，所以無早無水果。聯繫過之後，酒店竟然說說“贈送早餐給你們好了”，明明預定時的價格是含早的，為什麼要贈送呢？作為多年的攜程鑽石會員，確實感到有一些不適，難道以後預訂境外酒店，要選擇境外平台渠道才會“入住愉快”嗎？

I read a lot of reviews before booking, and this hotel seemed to be a great option, and it absolutely was. The location couldn’t have been better, the room was well appointed and clean, and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, and I appreciate the eco-friendly concept of the hotel. Would stay here and at any of their hotels again.
