第二次回到這家很棒的酒店。步行即可到達棒球場。他們提供代客泊車,每個人都總是那麼好。喜歡你需要一張門卡才能進入並使用電梯!!房間太好了,保持新鮮。裝飾給人一種賓至如歸的感覺,但足夠簡單,主題。我們當然將來還會回來。

房間很寬敞，服務態度也不錯，感謝大家都很樂於助人。位置也很方便，每天客服服務都很不錯，一次來達拉斯還會選擇這裏。

酒店在westchester很中間的位置。應該是附近最好的酒店，每次到休斯敦都會選擇這家。但是美中不足的是前台不太熟悉業務，明明已經在網上付款了房費，辦理入住時還要收取全額的按金。

還行，商務出差住，離會議中心比較近。網上的評價很多，一開始還挺擔心的。希爾頓標準酒店，正常標準，早餐也還行。

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

房間非常不錯網上預訂的雙床房，因是一個人睡，溝通幫忙換成了大床房高層，乾淨衞生，深夜凌晨抵達，停車🅿️收費15USD，溝通後實際就沒有收了，悄悄説一句。國內銀行卡刷入住按金，不收美金現金噢，退款有點慢，估計是銀行系統跨國結算時效嘛？入住多個酒店，信用卡刷出，壓了非常多按金，非常不方便的

我在休斯頓Hilton Garden Inn Galleria酒店度過了美好的時光。工作人員很友好,樂於助人,房間乾淨舒適,Galleria附近的位置非常完美。很棒的設施,總的來說是順利,愉快的體驗。強烈推薦!

我們為坐輪椅的丈夫預訂了一間殘障客房，但房間和浴室的佈置不太方便。 我們很高興得知他們有從酒店到機場的免費接駁車，我們可以把我們的私人車輛停在那裡，每天只需 10 美元，而在機場則要貴得多。 接駁車準時到達，並且適合輪椅通行，真是太棒了！ 然而，當我們返回時，班車並不適合輪椅使用者，而且酒店也否認有適合輪椅使用者的班車（我想我們是在做夢離開的）。 我最終不得不把殘疾的丈夫留在機場，獨自乘坐一輛破舊的麵包車前往酒店取回我的私人車輛，然後返回機場接我的丈夫。 我們入住期間，酒店員工非常友好，但是當我們返回時，他們非常粗魯，而且當我們要求乘坐輪椅可通行的班車返回酒店取車時，他們表現得很挑釁。 他們甚至告訴我們我們沒有和他們住在一起，儘管我仍然有我們的預訂文件/確認書。 這真是令人失望。
