*房間:房間很乾淨,很舒適,該有的都有。 * 🔔服務:酒店工作人員非常友好,樂於助人,隨時隨地服務。 * 設施:酒店設施非常齊全,從游泳池,健身房,到供應美味的餐廳。 * 位置:酒店位置非常方便,靠近旅遊景點和購物中心。

經常週末需要和先生一起在乾巴魯度過週末，以前一直訂Novotel或Jatra，第一次預訂Fox，酒店很乾凈，前台服務也非常好，就是酒店隔音比較差，給前台説了一下，立刻換了一間邊户的房間，不幸的是樓下的KTV太吵，一直到十二點半才消停。第二天又和前台溝通，很快又給換了一間聽不到噪音的房間。酒店對面就是購物中心，很多美食，出去隔音效果不好，這家酒店無可挑剔。

kebersihan kamar ok  Area mushola butuh dperhatikan Pelayanannya sgt perlu ditingkatkan lg Apa tampang kami mencurigakan ya..😬 Kami memesan 3 KT total 4 dewasa, 5 bocil. pelayanan di Pool, resto, resepsionis terkesan takut tdk dbayar pdhal kita ada deposit 300rb utk Kunci..  Dkolam mau masuk d interogasi dlu Pinjem handuk pool buat bocil abis renang ke kamar keberatan n dcurigai Sarapan lama refillnya, kita jg g keberatn da tambahan biaya utk 2 bocil cwe TK n kelas 1 SD. Pegawainya kami lihat jg sekelas SPv ikutn nongkrong sarapan, mmg sdh lebih jam 10 pagi Proses check out agak lama..  saya jarang bnget check out dg menunggu.. bisanya ksi kunci ke reseption lgsg bis cuzz  Ok mcoba maklum mungkin kami saja yg tdk terbiasa krn hampir g pernah merasakan pelayanan d surabaya & malang spt ni

We went there for a concert and during the same day there’s a wedding ceremony at the hotel. The hotel was packed, the lift was so slow. No towels in the room until we need to get ourself from the housekeeping basket. One of the room the aircond doesnt work and we need to call them like twice to fix it. But in term of the location, it was very strategic.. next to a mall and in the middle of the town.

Overall sih aku nyaman nginep disini, cuma buat pelayanan waitress / waiter nya saat breakfast di resto sedikit kurang senyum, selalu pasang muka jutek dan di tanya pun jawab seperlu nya dengan muka jutek

The staff are friendly and helpful rooms are simple and nice

酒店很棒，乾淨衞生，服務好，第一天晚上在別的酒店住想馬上回國，還好換了這家，唯一缺憾就是洗澡沒有活動的小的花灑，大的花灑固定又水分散，不洗頭的會辛苦，給小孩子洗澡很麻煩 ，像我臉怕水的洗頭，一半一半的洗，希望改進就更好了

房間環境整潔，設施齊全. 洗澡熱水很方便、值得再次入住！

價格還可以,地方很舒適,晚上旁邊有藍帳篷美食,米飯最好吃,住在這裏很划算
