「Our four-night stay at The Bantree was truly exceptional and well worth the investment. The apartment was impeccably clean and exuded an air of luxury. All the appliances were of high quality, which greatly contributed to our family's comfort and relaxation. We found the host to be very responsive, and the housekeeping service was outstanding. We genuinely could not find any imperfections during our stay. Furthermore, the apartment staff were wonderful and demonstrated great respect.」

DDylansim11I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, Accra, and would like to commend the team for their exceptional hospitality.
Overall, the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming, creating a warm and pleasant experience from arrival to departure. I would like to extend special recognition to several team members who made a meaningful impact during my stay. Scott and David from the Front Desk stood out for their attentiveness and professionalism—David’s ability to remember my name and recall details of my meeting at the Executive Lounge demonstrated a high level of personal care. Otoo provided friendly and engaging conversation while assisting with our luggage, and Flo from the Asana Lounge was consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive.
I would like to make a special mention of Scott, whose service truly exceeded expectations and made this trip especially memorable. As a hotelier with 12 years of experience, I can confidently say that Scott is one of the best Front Office Managers I have encountered. He went above and beyond to explain details clearly, assist both myself and my guests, and ensure every aspect of our stay was well taken care of. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine hospitality reflect the highest standards of the Kempinski brand.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent, and the service quality was outstanding. I will certainly be returning more often and would highly recommend Kempinski Hotel Accra to others seeking a premium and memorable hospitality experience.

NNazarethbuxBeautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

3. The swimming pool and hotel grounds are spacious and airy. The surrounding area is on top of McCarthy Hills, so the scenery is very poetic and quiet, suitable for the holiday^^
