訪訪客用戶老牌五星酒店，環境好，服務也到位，消費也不高，餐廳的出品不錯，但是亞洲餐廳對於我們亞洲人來説就很一般了，那個floating restaurant 很有特色，住了三晚預訂了一次private dinner，體驗感很好，吃的也滿意。 高爾夫球場很漂亮，服務也好。在毛里求斯8天，吃住都很滿意

LLj25一次真正令人難忘的住宿。我們都很後悔沒有多待一會兒，但我們一定會回來的。從班車司機到餐廳工作人員到高爾夫球場工作人員，他們都為公司做出了真正的貢獻。善良、樂於助人、積極主動、可愛的人。對於高爾夫愛好者來說，這個度假村確實擁有一切。這兩門課程都非常出色，體驗也是首屈一指的。您無需擔心任何事情，因為一切都已為您安排好了。度假村本身是首屈一指的，設施齊全。早餐真是令人讚嘆不已。我建議提前預訂晚餐，因為我們很難進入餐廳，因為餐廳已經訂滿了。不過客房服務非常優秀。全方位的 5 名員工體驗，我們迫不及待地想回來

JJane_714小而精緻的酒店。他們有自己的沙灘和躺椅，只是不能游泳，因為海灘上有礁石，向右走幾步就有一個可以游泳的公共海灘。每天躺在酒店的躺椅上就可以欣賞迷人的海景和夕陽。
酒店的餐廳提供美味的食物，我們大部分晚餐都在酒店船長餐廳解決。
每位工作人員都很熱情，叫 雅尼士的服務人員非常友善，我和兒子住了九晚，一次美好的假期

On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome.
The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice.
We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food.
The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for.
Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience:
- Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness
- Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful
- Rooms didn’t feel clean
- Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast
- Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it)
We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

訪訪客用戶Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre, les buffets étaient très appréciés du point de vue de la nourriture, qualité et diversité. Manger avec la vue sur l’océan a été très appréciable. Le personnel très présent et bienveillant, ainsi que d’une grande gentillesse.
Merci infiniment à Emilie pour ses conseils et disponibilité.
Merci au chef pour le repas que nous avons dégusté, le plateau de fruits de mer, car ça été un moment inoubliable.
Concernant le SPA, dont nous avons fait un massage en duo, avec bain, merci à Sweta et Léanne pour leur professionnalisme et la qualité de leur travail. J’ai également fait une manucure avec pose vernis semi-permanent avec Léanne et son travail fût top 👍🏻

Nous remercions tout le personnel ainsi que les managers du complexe Tamarina, car notre séjour s’est extrêmement bien passé, dans un cadre calme et de toute beauté.

訪訪客用戶這是一間獨特的飯店。他們沒有前台接待，但總有工作人員值班，解決問題很快。飯店服務態度非常友善。沒有電視，但這反而是優點而不是缺點。不過，沒有冰箱這點讓人很意外。天氣很熱，買零食必須立即食用。如果食物敞開著吃，可能會爬上來一些小紅螞蟻。餐廳的食物品質很高，但菜單種類不多。我們休息了12天，仔細研究了菜單。周圍沒有像樣的餐廳。雖然附近有車，但我們晚上不太想開車。啤酒很棒。葡萄酒種類繁多，但我不太喜歡。餐廳的服務員非常專業友善。海灘上總是提供冰涼的純淨水和氣泡水。你可以加薄荷和檸檬。如果額外付費，他們會送一個有吸管的椰子，190盧比（380盧布）。水果不太好吃，而且大多是進口的。海灘很棒。我們開車四處轉了轉，比較了一下。人很少，很自由。松樹林很棒，很適合散步。只需帶上水上鞋、刺蝟和珊瑚碎片。我們遲到了，因為莫斯科機場關閉了一天。我們預訂了一間花園景觀房，但他們給了我們一間海景房，非常感謝工作人員。我們在這家酒店度過了愉快的時光。

訪訪客用戶酒店泳池套房的房型很大且舒適，地處酒店安靜免打擾區域，專為二人世界和紀念日服務，帶娃家庭不提供此房型，慎訂。酒店內最好吃的Jade餐廳也在此區域，且提供區域內住客專屬早餐，户外面朝大海，氛圍感拉滿，增加食慾，避開大堂自助餐廳的擁擠。唯一遺憾的是此區域不是觀看夕陽的最佳點位。總體入住滿意，服務人員都很熱情友善。酒店內免費的水上活動有限，且經常會被告知風浪大，不適合；但是收費項目就沒有此限制。酒店還會邀請住客參加免費的雞尾酒會，一邊賞落日，一邊品酒，很是悠閑愜意。

匿匿名用戶住在那裏真是太棒了,但有一點打,我們預訂了可以進入桑拿和按摩浴缸的地方,在我們住宿期間沒有通知就關閉了,所以我們決定洗個熱水澡,但是洗澡的水是黃色的..上面說..他們給我們換了房間,還給了我們一瓶香檳和50分鐘的免費按摩..儘管如此,這是一個不錯的地方,食物很棒,氣氛很好!

RRanosh在皇家綠色度假村度過了愉快的時光。酒店很乾淨,工作人員很友好,樂於助人。有車的話位置很好離機場開車約57分鐘。我要特別感謝Vedhna,她很專業,在與我的所有互動中都很友善。
