它與大樓內的其他酒店非常相似。它的不同之處在於它具有更現代主義的家具風格；而當地其他酒店則採用古老優雅的風格。 飯店提供比四點飯店更好的服務，因為房間裡有熨斗等。不過早餐比附近飯店貴一倍多，所以我沒有在Park Inn吃早餐。

有機會住進該酒店，人生的格局已被徹底打開！酒店距離禁寺有地下通道聯通，房間寬敞舒適，安靜衞生，早餐較為豐盛，最重要的是房間裏的景色無敵了！！！工作人員熱情周到，就是在高峯期辦理入住手續效率比較低，等了半個小時，其他都不錯……總體而言，非常喜歡！！！！有機會再來！！！

Hotel Review: Raffles Makkah Palace My recent stay at Raffles Makkah Palace was absolutely outstanding, offering a seamless blend of luxury, thoughtful touches, and exceptional service that made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and look forward to returning for another incredible stay.

這家酒店太棒了！大廳入口處有個漂亮的噴泉，潺潺的流水聲和怡人的香氣都讓人心曠神怡。前台工作人員非常熱情周到，而且不急不躁。我的房間視野極佳，可以欣賞法赫德國王噴泉的美景。房間寬敞明亮，非常乾淨。淋浴水壓強勁，熱水充足。舒適的大床和柔軟的枕頭讓我睡得很好。這家旅館已經有幾十年的歷史了，但依然保持著良好的狀態。步行即可輕鬆抵達濱海大道。下次來吉達，我還會選擇入住這家飯店。性價比超高！

地理位置優越，離紅海直線距離目測100米。 設施：也不錯，房間也大。尤其床墊真真是又柔軟又有很好的支撐，這個席夢思是我這輩子睡過最舒服的了。最後一張照片就是窗口的景色，不遠處就是紅海啦

這是我第一次來，因為我是出差到海外的。我住的不是主樓，而是隔壁那棟。設施雖然不是最先進的，但很乾淨。因為去市中心路途遙遠，所以我就在飯店吃了晚餐。食物還不錯，哈哈。早餐我另外付了錢（不提前付早餐費沒有折扣）。 他們收的押金幾乎和房費一樣，T_T。兩天過去了，押金還沒取消，哈哈。

品種豐富，味道濃郁，菜品精緻，分量也是實打實的，太讚了

飯店提供一流的五星級設施和宜人的氛圍。前台工作人員非常合作和熱情。我能夠提前約 6 小時辦理入住，沒有任何問題。飯店很乾淨，房間有置物櫃、體重計和電視。健身房和游泳池都是一流的，自助早餐也很出色，種類繁多。 一年內我在這裡住過兩次。此前，他們提供前往 Ajiyad 路的接駁車服務，距離 Haram 很近。然而，這一次，他們使用了更大的巴士，在 Ajiyad 巴士站後面下車，將距離 Haram 的距離增加到約 500-600 公尺。大巴只有兩輛，滿了就開，不嚴格按照時刻表行駛。我最後花了10裡亞爾多次搭乘計程車。儘管如此，我還是強烈推薦這家飯店，因為它的設施一流。此外，阿爾拜克 (Albaik) 位於馬路對面，交通便利。
