整體來説很不錯，房間很乾凈，床很舒服，但是電視很小。希望能換大電視，離海邊很近，日出的時候可以出去看。

我的孩子絕對喜歡這家酒店。接待人員,管家和廚房都非常樂於助人,都微笑着,特別是莫娜問我是否迷路,並引導我到祈禱室。我和莫娜進行了一次可愛的對話。 謝謝Mona和酒店工作人員。

設施：有廚房，廚房設備齊全，碗碟刀叉齊備，太貼心，有洗衣機洗碗機，還配上洗衣粉洗潔精百潔布等清潔用品，太贊！但是，房間太冷，沒有制熱，空調温度不能調整。 服務：每天有幾趟班車去先知寺廟，停車場上去就是228號門，很方便！早餐是個敗筆，太簡單甚至有點敷衍，不配萬豪水平。 環境：酒店直通大商場，商場有家樂福，吃飯購物很方便～

地理位置優越，離紅海直線距離目測100米。 設施：也不錯，房間也大。尤其床墊真真是又柔軟又有很好的支撐，這個席夢思是我這輩子睡過最舒服的了。最後一張照片就是窗口的景色，不遠處就是紅海啦

我對飯店住宿的評價 整體住宿體驗非常棒。接待服務非常出色，我特別感謝Aseel、Ahmed和前台的女士，他們熱情友好，辦理入住和退房手續快捷。 至於餐廳，無論是品質還是服務，這次體驗都堪稱10/10。 感謝酒店管理層為我帶來這次獨特的體驗。

房間很大，落地窗户可以看到寺廟，🈶游泳池，健身房，店員特別熱情，幫忙打車，發票，還給了旅遊建議，總之特別好的酒店。下次如果有機會再去的話還會選擇

房間很大,但是Toilette有點維護不起來,因爲天花板幾乎要掉下來了,我說的是416房間,如果酒店想要zo檢查,也Toilette門把手幾乎要掉下來了,接待人員還可以,但我期望他們更歡迎你

The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable.
