舒適的酒店。靠近拉吉清真寺。飯店位置位於 Haram 邊界內。附近有許多便利設施，包括多瑙河超市。前往 Haram 的接駁車每小時一班，但有時有點不可靠。

كل شي جميل و رائع في الفندق. عدا المواقف اليوم للنزلاء ب ١٨٥ ريال والمشكله ان المواقف معزوله عن الفندق وضياع عشان تطلع مدخل الفندق لافيه لوحات إرشاديه ولا موظفين يبلغونك بالوضع. وتطلع من المواقف على ساحه خارجيه للفندق أستغرب ذلك!!!

We booked 2 rooms last minute before heading to Jeddah. Everything was perfect The staff were very helpful and the price was excellent. The only downside was that the swimming pool was closed, I believe for maintenance.

The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. 這個酒店從外觀上看非常的恢宏大氣，非常的好看，像是一個宮殿，他的大門在側邊，而不是在馬路旁邊，不是特別容易找我兩次打車，司機都不知道他的大門在哪裡，因為他是一個長方形的，他四面都有露，確實很難知道哪一個才是他的正門，裡邊的設施非常的老舊，但是提供的配件還是挺豐富的，一看就是一個老古董式的五星級酒店
