From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. 臨時去吉達出差，住了一晚，整體感覺還是不錯的，對的起這個價位，酒店外部環境很不錯，就是房間的外部景色着實一般，我打開窗簾看着是一個屋頂，當然可能需要預訂景觀房才行。我當時沒有注意。門口確實能看見法赫德國王噴泉，早餐我認為也可以，當然對於中國胃不是太友好，但是也有揚州炒飯之類的，可見也用心了。推薦。好評。

很棒的酒店，但我們入住的時間太晚了，我直到 4:40 才拿到我的房間，不幸的是，第二個房間是 5:15 我女兒的犬齒擾亂了她的睡眠時間，她很沮喪 另外，冰箱壞了，我要求他們修理，但沒人來找我。 除此之外，這是我最喜歡的酒店，因為它與紅海購物中心相連，位置優越，乾淨且舒適，感謝上帝。

開始的時候給我開了個吸煙房，進去後覺得味道很重，就去前台換，恨方便的就更換了。 房間很大，有很舒服的沙發。 早餐豐富，水果沙拉很好吃。

飯店提供一流的五星級設施和宜人的氛圍。前台工作人員非常合作和熱情。我能夠提前約 6 小時辦理入住，沒有任何問題。飯店很乾淨，房間有置物櫃、體重計和電視。健身房和游泳池都是一流的，自助早餐也很出色，種類繁多。 一年內我在這裡住過兩次。此前，他們提供前往 Ajiyad 路的接駁車服務，距離 Haram 很近。然而，這一次，他們使用了更大的巴士，在 Ajiyad 巴士站後面下車，將距離 Haram 的距離增加到約 500-600 公尺。大巴只有兩輛，滿了就開，不嚴格按照時刻表行駛。我最後花了10裡亞爾多次搭乘計程車。儘管如此，我還是強烈推薦這家飯店，因為它的設施一流。此外，阿爾拜克 (Albaik) 位於馬路對面，交通便利。
