From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. 這家酒店太棒了！大廳入口處有個漂亮的噴泉，潺潺的流水聲和怡人的香氣都讓人心曠神怡。前台工作人員非常熱情周到，而且不急不躁。我的房間視野極佳，可以欣賞法赫德國王噴泉的美景。房間寬敞明亮，非常乾淨。淋浴水壓強勁，熱水充足。舒適的大床和柔軟的枕頭讓我睡得很好。這家旅館已經有幾十年的歷史了，但依然保持著良好的狀態。步行即可輕鬆抵達濱海大道。下次來吉達，我還會選擇入住這家飯店。性價比超高！

酒店位置很好，就在紅海海濱邊上，晚上可以在海濱大道溜達，可以看到當地一個老公和好幾個老婆及孩子海邊吃晚餐，還能看到很多等待投喂的貓咪。 我們住的是個海景房，早上起來拉開窗簾就可以看到海浪，海鷗。
