訪訪客用戶城堡酒店距離市區有一定距離，酒店房間非常大，是能看到風景房間，花園非常漂亮，設施有一定年代感，由於退房後洗漱用品忘記酒店裡，通過攜程客服及時溝通，順利拿回用品，非常感謝攜程及時周到的服務

AAlanPA short 1 night stay while visiting friends nearby. In short the location, service, & breakfast were all good, but the hotel building is need of some work. It's a lovely period property in the style that is expected with creaking floorboards, sash windows, and curious corridors leading to uniquely shaped rooms. The single room was compact and had been somewhat modernised, the bed was comfortable and clean, but sadly that didn't extend into the bathroom/shower-room that needed some work. Perhaps most noticably there are many simple things that would bring the room fully up to scratch such as sorting out the grouting in the bathroom, replacing the noisy extractor fan, removing mould from around the bathroom ceiling, replacing the dirty net curtain on the window, washing the carpet regularly & hoovering more carefully. Similarly with the front of the building, give all the painted areas a refresh, peeling paint is not a good first impression when parking the car. The full scottish breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. Hopefully if I do return on a visit next year the owners will have made some improvements to the building as it could be a lovely hotel with much higher review scores.

BBlessed09Place was good and clean. As we don’t drive location was not really good for us though there was bus stop near to the place. It would be fine if there was no holidays, but since we went on new years there was no bus on that day and having an early flight we have to go before sunrise and there was no streetlight at all, it was scary. I guess we just booked it at the wrong time of the year, unless you drive it would be a good place to stay.
