The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. 第三次入住麥地那皇冠假日酒店。這裡的食物種類和選擇都有改善。前台接待也改善了，但退房時系統似乎故障，導致退房流程延遲。 地點：適合男士入住，因為靠近祈禱區。 總的來說，我喜歡住在這裡。

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Madinah Gate. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making the overall stay very relaxing. One of the biggest advantages is its location—it’s conveniently close to the airport and the Haramain High-Speed Railway station, which makes travel and transfers extremely easy. It’s also directly connected to a shopping mall, which is a great added convenience. While it’s not right next to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, it’s about a 15-minute drive, and the hotel provides shuttle service that makes getting there quite easy. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The atmosphere is calm and بعيد from the busy central area, which is perfect if you’re looking for a more peaceful stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended, especially for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and easy access to transportation.
