Excellent experience. Staff was very helpful and cordial (Shahadat, Razik and Fazal e Rabi especially as well reception desk staff). Breakfast packages were also very reasonably priced comparison to other major hotels. Location is another major plus point.

The Saudi staff were all helpful and great! The Asians who are learning around the hotel and Mall made one feel unsafe! To many Bengali, Pakistani,Indians learning around men holding hands? Made one feel unsafe! The hotel rooms doors open with a few pushes without the card. The hotel is well dated needs renovation. The hotel is very slow to give toiletries, the breakfast was average. I was upgraded a room after I had told the manager about the room doors open with the cards.! As two opened without the cards..! It’s a sketchy hotel. With the Asians learning around really made it feel unsafe and unsecured! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel… please, be aware the rooms doors open open with a few hard pushes, with the door knob (WITHOUT THE CARD)

I really like the hotel and the staff are very nice and is very close to the masjid Al Masjid an Nabawi only 2 minutes walk to the gate number 310 of the wall of the masjid court yard,very closers than google shows on the map. BUT BE CAREFUL with one of the cleaning guys he steal from us (I told my wife nobody would ever steal anything from us in Madinah,so we double counted our money and left for the masjid but when we came back we found out that the guy went through my wife’s purse and took some money ) I still recommended the hotel and gave them 5 stars. And I believe they fired the guy.

One of the Best Hotel Stays I’ve Ever Had I recently spent couple nights at this luxury hotel in a truly stunning location, and I must say—it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, both in Saudi Arabia and internationally. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The service was exceptional: the staff checked in on me personally by phone three times a day and responded immediately to any request I made. I genuinely felt cared for and spoiled throughout my stay. The attention to detail, comfort, and hospitality were outstanding—and for the price I paid, it was easily the best value I’ve ever gotten at a luxury property. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier service and an unforgettable experience.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to help and even preempt their actions and go the extra mile.  The hotel itself is directly next to Masjid Al Ghamamah, and a very short walk from the gate of Masjid An Nabawi. There are convenience stores, standard shops for souvenirs and food all within a two minute walk from the hotel door.  The only issue I would say is if you have a pram (stroller) or wheelchair, the ground floor only has an escalator to the mezzanine floor, no elevator is available. If that’s a concern you may want to consider another option, otherwise this is great and I highly recommend it.

THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE WHICH SHOULD BE RECOGNISED IS THAT MANY ASIANS PAKISTAN INDIANS BANGLADESHI PEOPLE WITH LOW-LIFE ATTITUDES FOLLOW YOU AROUND THE MALL WHICH IS SITUATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE HOTEL. THIS IS VERY OFF-PUTTING AND HIGHLY DANGEROUS LIVING THERE BECAUSE THE HOTEL ROOMS OPEN WITHOUT THE CARD ONLY A FEW PUSHES AND THE DOOR IS OPENED, SUPPOSE ONE OF THESE LOWLIFE ASAINS ENTER YOUR ROOM???? PLEASE, DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL AS THESE MEN ARE ALWAYS AROUND THE HOTEL EITHER SINGING AT THE WOMEN OR GIRLS OR CALLING THEM IF THEY NEED UBER, DATES. ETC BE SAFE THINK SENSIBLE. A HUGE SHAME SAUDI GOVERNMENT SHOULD GET THEM OUT THERE ARE TO MANY... AVOID THIS HOTEL

Clean and Tidy.. Everything in good order.. Great bed.. Good location 2 minute walk from Masjid E Nabwi.. overall a great stay.
