When I review a place it generally means that I had an issue. This hotel is fine for the price but there were several things that wrecked the experience for us. 1-the pool water was green so we couldn’t use it. Lack of chemical maintenance would be my guess. 2-air conditioner had no controls. It was either on or off. We inquired and they said it was the way it is. 3-room 307 has no wifi. Again we inquired and the answer was that’s the way it is in Iguazú. Finally we spoke with a different front desk person who said the WIFI is better on floor 1 so we moved and guess what, the wifi is fine on floor one. Our new room also has batteries in the air conditioning unit so we can control the temperature. Aside from a small amount of black mold growing on the shower caulk, the room is fine. The showers both have a shiny tile floor. Very slippery but they do have a hand hold in the shower. Well, I guess we are in the jungle after all. We were happy to be on the first floor so we wouldn’t have to ride the elevator anymore. The elevator stopped either right on the floor or several inches above or below so rider beware and watch your step! 4-our biggest frustration was with transportation. There are a couple of guys that sit in the lobby and represent a tourist firm of some sorts. They speak or understand no English. If you a Spanish speaker, you may have no problems but we sure did. We were abandoned in Brazil at the water falls there by our driver. We had to be very resourceful to even get back to our hotel. We had no cell service there and although there was wifi at the Falls, it was in operable due to the high traffic. Remember we are in the jungle. We had 2 other issues with transportation solely due to the “tourist company” not really being a company at all. I still don’t know their connection to the hotel but I highly recommend not using these people if you want reliable transportation. 5-the last issue occurred a few minutes ago . We asked for a late check out a couple of days ago and were granted one till 2:00 PM as we were then leaving for the airport. At 11:00 they showed up at our door telling us we had to leave or pay 23.00 late check out. My heart started pumping which can be bad for an old timer and I went directly to the manager. Told him we were granted a late check out by the front desk guy who spoke English. He insisted that we needed to pay the 23.00. I refused to do so and we “discussed “ all of the problems we have had. He was un phased until I said I was going to write a bad review on Trip advisor. Suddenly he said we could stay at no charge till 2. There is also some good to this review.. with the exception of the black mold, the rooms were quite clean. The breakfast was very good and as advertised. The hotel is in a good location. Forgot to say the tv stations are only in Spanish which is what we expect here in Argentina. My advise…if you don’t speak Spanish enough to get by, perhaps try another hotel.

位置好，早餐不錯，第一次住有三張牀的酒店客房。設施設備老了，淋浴很小。離店后仍可免費寄存行李甚至免費使用浴室。汽車站就在馬路對麪，可以直接到巴西伊瓜蘇那邊。一眼望三國在阿根廷這邊是免費的，從酒店過去步行20幾分鐘，也可坐市區內的BUS，35皮索。

Large, modern, comfortable room with everything needed for the stay. Good breakfast, although on the first day overcrowded thanks to a large tour group preparing for getaway. Food and service in both the ground floor restaurant and the roof terrace were of good quality. Attentive and friendly front desk staff. Spectacular view from roof terrace (rooftop pool closed, but not a problem for us). Recommended.

Es un hotel mi muy lindo mi muy feo. Nos toco una habitación triple súper amplia pero con almohadas incómodas, toallas mini, baño húmedo con cortina de baño de muy mala calidad en la cual se filtraba el agua de lluvia. Los amenities como jabón y shampoo son de muy mala calidad además. La atención del personal no es buena, no son amables y solo podes hacer el check in 14hs exacto. El desayuno es casero, rico y variado con amplia variedad de comidas. Tiene una pileta muy amplia y linda con un sector de selva al fondo.

Lamentamos que esté tan descuidado ya que es un hotel muy lindo, pero se desluce con el descuido que tiene y no dan muchas ganas de qued**** disfrutando de las instalaciones. En las fotos de la web está todo muy cuidado, sin embargo las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento, los muebles están despintados, las toallas están manchadas y rotas. A la pileta le falta limpieza, el agua estaba turbia y el espacio que rodea la pileta estaba muy desprolijo (un escobillón apoyado en un árbol, un cif tirado, el pasto crecido, las mesas y sillas sucias, los tachos repletos de basura y bichos buscando en ella, un latón de cerecita al lado del bar, etc...) No obstante quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal del hotel y del restaurante y la limpieza de la habitación. Solo faltó que desinfecten las hormigas que teníamos en el techo del baño . El área donde hay plantas entre las habitaciones también está llena de basura y escombros, al igual que en lateral al que daba nuestra habitación. Reitero que es una pena ya que con poco se podría lograr que las instalaciones estén prolijas para que los huéspedes podamos disfrutar el lugar. Espero sea una crítica constructiva que sirva para poner en condiciones las instalciones y que vuelva a ser disfrutable ya que seguramente lo fue cuando inauguraron.

Muy mal trato de los chicos de recepción sobre todo de el de la mañana. Me dieron una habitación con la ventana tapiada. No sé podía mirar nada. Cuando en las fotos de google salen habitaciones con balcón, cuando salgo para decirle, el chico con toda la mala educación me dice. Alquilastes la habitación por la ventana? Ante el mal trato le pido la devolución del dinero y me dice que solo me dará el 50%. Me tuvieron esperando con mi hijo de 13 años 3 horas en recepción para devolverme el dinero. No lo recomiendo. Áreas sucias, mal trato al turista, no solucionan los inconvenientes. Bucare de denunciar en la municipalidad y en defensa al turista. No pueden darle ese trato al cliente. Estamos pagando. Se creen los dueños del lugar. Espero los jefes tomen acciones

O destaque do hotel fica por conta de sua equipe de colaboradores. Todos são atenciosos e se esforçam para ajudar. O que precisa melhorar é o aquecimento do quarto, que nem sempre funciona devidamente e o café da manhã (que é servido por uma empresa terceirizada).

TBH, we had higher hopes for this place but given the high season, the staff just can't keep up. There are plenty of staff members milling about but it seems that there is usually only 1 guy or 1 gal who can actually problem solve (or get what you need done/answered). So it's stark to see 2-3 others just standing around to tell you to hold a minute while one poor soul has to multi-task like crazy. So yeah, service is SLOW and if you're in a hurry, this is definitely not the place for you. Breakfast buffet every morning is solid - more than enough things to eat. The location of the property is quite tucked away so once you're on resort, you're really ”stuck there” - not that it's a bad thing. You will need hotel pickup/drop off with all your activities or to have the front desk get you a taxi (which isn't hard to do and hopefully you don't have to wait behind a group checking in to put in the request). The rooms are fine - a fair bit of wear and tear but given the volume of turnover and the forest environment, it's completely understandable. You'll need to AC cranking in the summer time and as others have noted, there's a fair share of mosquitoes. It's a quaint touch to navigate the different buildings where the rooms are and going over the suspension bridges - makes you feel like you are in the jungle. We didn't take as much advantage of the resort given we were constantly off property for long days of excursions, so you should balance that out. We had dinner at the resort one night and like others have said, there are better joints in town with faster service and cheaper prices - but do you want to schlep in? That's is the key question for opting to stay here or not.

Fantastic hotel in the middle of nature. Facilities were great including pool and spa. We had a rainy day and it was a great place to sit out rainy day. Very green surroundings, in the edge of town, but within 5 minutes taxi drive to down. You can walk to town during the day too.

灰常贊！環境一流，可以最大限度享受公園的美景，晚上還看到火燒雲，好贊！服務更是沒得說，我們早班機，早上九點多就到了，前台讓我們直接入住了，第二天航班被取消了，前台讓我們推遲到下午四點才退房。推薦！

It’s a beautiful hotel . Food had very little choice for Asian tourists. We found no availability of tea/ coffee makers in the room very absurd. One doesn’t always feel like running 3 floors down to a coffee shop to have a cup in the morning ! We were charged for a kettle of hot water :(

酒店位置也比較便利，距離伊瓜蘇瀑布也比較方便，記得從布宜諾斯艾利斯飛到伊瓜蘇，直接去了瀑布，時間有限就衹在伊瓜蘇住了一晚上，整體還是很滿意的，入住辦理也比較快，房間牀墊舒適保證了旅行的睡眠也顯得尤為重要！

Beautiful hotel with great features. The pool was wonderful - definitely bring your swim suit even if you don't typically use the pool - and there is a nice, small outdoor terrace on the top floor to watch the sunset. There is a real gym, not just a typical tiny hotel gym, but a real gym. Good breakfast buffet. The hotel in general is getting a little aged and could use some cosmetic improvements. If you can overlook those little flaws, this is a really outstanding hotel.

儘管感覺好像有些延期的維護，但是酒店得到了合理的維護。房間在較小的一側，雖然舒適且非常安靜。不能淋浴而不會淹沒地板-玻璃隔板的長度不足以防止水逸出。 漂亮的游泳池，享有美景。池畔服務很友好，儘管一個晚上我們沒有點一些食物，而且很難找到毛巾。 總體而言，經驗還可以。 。 。沒有什麼特別的，但也沒有什麼不好的。

PLEASE dont stay here. It is maybe 1-star or 1.5 stars. It is DIRTY, OLD, UGLY, SMELLY and we had to stay here because we arrived at 1am otherwise I would have left immediately. Here's a list of things that were not acceptable: -Carpets were stained, dirty, not vaccumed.... really disgusting. I had to keep my shoes on the whole time. -Shower was missing a door and the shower head sprayed all the way to the sink on the other side.... - Room smelled moldy -Shower body wash dispenser was RIPPED OFF - Caulking on the tub was nasty - Doors and cabinet edges were peeling and falling apart - Towels were very thin -Bad quality Pillows -Staff was ok and let us cancel night #2 Below is my review in Spanish so everyone can get this message... ----- Para los que hablan espanol... Porfavor NO te quedes aqui... Este hotel esta enganandote en las fotos.... Tuvimos una experiencia horrible. De 2 noches reservadas, cancelamos la segunda y nos fuimos a Mercure. Llegamos a la 1am del aeropuerto y solo por eso nos quedamos aqui una noche despues de pedir cambio de cuarto. Esto estuvo mal en los 3 cuartos que vimos: Las alfombras muy manchadas. Huele a viejo La ducha no tenia puerta y se salia el agua Las toallas son de muy baja calidad Todo muy viejito Las almohadas con bolas todas deshechas El desayuno muy malo... basicamente pan y fruta La recepcion y el servicio bien pero pues... el espacio horrible. No vimos el resto del hotel... me dio asco estar aqui una noche, no nos quitamos los zapatos mi novio y yo por lo feo que estaba la alfombra. :(

The room needed maintenance & looked tired . The air con did not work as the filter needed cleaning. The room was spacious & bed was comfortable. Poor wifi through out the resort. The service in the restaurant was poor for lunch and dinner . The food came out cold and was bland as the staff were too busy talking among themselves and most of them did not understand english. Breakfast was ok , but you need to go early as they ran out of crockery and cutlery by 8 am ! The location is far from town unfortunately.
