訪訪客用戶我到達時受到了非常友好的歡迎,整個旅程期間,工作人員總是很有幫助和預備。房間很乾淨又幹淨,但是裝置已經進入了年份–,要麼是更新,要麼至少換個傢俱,就值得了。電力供應在幾次嘗試後才運轉得可靠,不幸的是,我無法使用晚餐和早餐,但早晨我得到了友好的替代品。總體而言,快的住,有着小的改善潛力

BBarbara Nilor工作人員很心。房間裏有一切需要的寬。不同游泳池空間都很棒。迷你高爾夫球、比爾特、海灘飛,真的是全部需要去度過好假。離中心很近,5分鐘的步行。我真的建議這家酒店爲非常好的服務,不必花大筆錢。

訪訪客用戶說實話，我們入住這家酒店之前非常興奮，但辦理入住後卻發現酒店的設施遠不如預期。
娛樂選擇非常有限。除了兒童水滑梯和晚上在酒吧喝一杯之外，幾乎沒什麼其他娛樂。我們預訂的是全包套餐，但食物品質很一般。許多菜餚味道寡淡，缺乏風味。
雖然食物乍看之下擺盤精美，看起來很誘人，但實際味道卻令人失望。大多數菜餚都淡而無味，缺乏必要的調味。烹飪程度很差，很多菜色似乎都沒做好。例如，薯條和馬鈴薯餅總是軟塌塌的，而不是酥脆的，吃起來很不舒服。食物擺盤或許好看，但味道和品質卻遠低於我們對全包式飯店的預期。
最讓我們失望的是餐廳的服務。用餐大約一個小時，竟然沒有一位服務生來收拾餐盤。為了騰出空間擺放下一道菜，我們不得不經常自己重新佈置餐桌。
兒童泳池區也名不副實。有滑梯的泳池非常淺，不適合想游泳的成年人。如果要使用其他泳池，客人需要額外支付 30 歐元。因此，我們一家人無法真正一起享受泳池設施，因為只有孩子可以玩滑梯，而大人卻找不到合適的游泳場所。
前台服務也令人失望。尤其是一位名叫安德魯（或類似名字）的員工，在我們入住的三天裡，從未露出過笑容，也從未表現出熱情友善的態度。我們多次經過前台，也多次詢問訊息，但他總是顯得冷漠無情，漠不關心。這嚴重影響了我們對酒店的整體印象。
值得一提的是，房間的清潔程度尚可接受。然而，令我們驚訝的是，飯店沒有提供合適的羽絨被或毯子。儘管我們是在六月入住的，但夜晚仍然相當涼爽，只有一張薄薄的床單，很難睡得舒服。一條合適的毯子應該是客人的基本用品。
總的來說，這家酒店沒有達到我們的預期，尤其考慮到我們支付的全包價格。飯店在食物品質、餐廳服務、設施和客戶服務方面都有很大的提升空間。

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island.
What We Loved:
Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family.
Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.
High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer.
Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for Improvement:
Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests.
Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained.
Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement.
Negative Aspects to Report:
We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.
Overall:
Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

訪訪客用戶Kritischer Aufenthalt – enttäuscht von Sicherheit und Service
Wir waren als Familie für 5 Nächte im Port Blue Resort and Spa. Während unseres Frühstücks wurden 300 Euro aus unserem Zimmer gestohlen, darunter auch Geld aus einem Kinderrucksack. Die Tür war unbeschädigt, der Zimmerservice zeitgleich im Einsatz.
Unsere Meldung bei der Guest Relation Managerin wurde mit Floskeln abgetan („Unser Personal ist vertrauenswürdig“, „Wertsachen gehören in den Safe“). Kein Mitgefühl, keine Hilfe – der Kundendienst war nicht lösungsorientiert. Wir haben den Diebstahl polizeilich gemeldet und später festgestellt, dass andere Gäste ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht haben.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und engagierte Servicepersonal im Speisesaal. Das Buffetambiente war jedoch hektisch und überfüllt, das vegetarische Essen monoton.
Der einzige nutzbare Familienpool war trüb und hygienisch fragwürdig.
Fazit: Ein Aufenthalt mit erheblichen Schwächen bei Sicherheit, Service und Qualität. Wir können das Hotel aktuell nicht empfehlen.

WWu，我們已經通過Trip.com在線支付了480英鎊的雙人間3晚。然而,抵達後,酒店僅僅因爲第二位客人將入住房間,就要求額外支付400歐元。
讓這更不合理的是,我在多個其他日期檢查了完全相同的房型,無論選擇1個成人還是2個成人,價格都是一樣的。房源本身也明確表示房價包括2位成人的住宿。
儘管如此,酒店在辦理入住時仍額外收取400歐元。這筆額外金額僅包括第二位客人的早餐和城市稅 - 絕對沒有房間升級,沒有加牀,也沒有提供額外的服務。事實上,收取的金額太高了,接近預訂完全獨立房間的價格。
在辦理入住時,酒店表示如果我們拒絕付款,第二位客人將不允許入住。我們多次嘗試以禮貌和建設性的方式與酒店溝通,但沒有靈活性或合理的嘗試來解決這個問題。
我完全理解爲早餐或當地稅支付合理的額外費用,但處理這種情況的方式感到非常不公平,事先溝通不暢。
Trip.com客服其實在整個過程中都很有幫助,甚至自己提供了補償,我們很感激。可惜酒店還是不願意公平地處理這種情況。

The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient.
Hotel Staff:
The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep.
Room Experience:
My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated.
Restaurant & Food:
The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing.
On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them!
Facilities:
The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views.
Solo Travel Notes:
I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Most of the guests seemed a bit unfriendly, and as an ethnic minority, I experienced a few uncomfortable stares. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily,.

訪訪客用戶位置非常好,因爲它距離機場10分鐘路程,而且靠近帕爾馬市。它就在您面前,因此您可以一邊看着大海一邊吃早餐。每天早上在露台上看着太陽升起做瑜伽,真的很幸福,晚上也可以在露台上聽海浪的聲音喝紅酒,真是太好了。游泳池很小,周圍的海邊本來就很漂亮,所以沒有使用。雖然像舊建築,但是很乾淨,食物也很好吃。牀和牀上用品都很棒,最重要的是,它很寬敞,有兩個壁櫥,因此足以與朋友一起使用。我躺在牀上,可以立即看到大海。但是隔壁房間和露台真的很近,看起來都很密,所以要小心。
雖然沒有停車場,但是前台職員親切地引導我,可以在免費停車區停車。
如果您移動到Google導航,它將告訴您一條錯誤的路(一條不能開車的海灘路),因此您必須從海灘進入一個街區外的道路。免費停車區在酒店周圍很容易找到。
