Tru by Hilton Williamsville Buffalo Airport

(-) Noticed a stain on the bedsheet, they ran out of toothbrushes, also TRU Hilton hotels usually give complimentary waters on check ins; this did not provide any. (+) We had two comfy queen sized bed, spacious room, free breakfast but limited options, free coffee available 24/7. Overall stay was okay.

It’s good hotel with gym, swimming pool and free breakfast, staff is friendly.

Pro: The hotel is very modern. The first floor has lots of activities like games and pool. Con: it is a very noisy hotel, it’s wood structure allows you to hear every little footstep from the people above you. The rooms don’t have carpet which I like because it’s clean but because of that, noise echos

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days as part of our long trip of over 7 days for the July 4th weekend Hotel is nice and comfortable but unlike most hotels don’t have oven in the room, coffee machine and exhaust in bathroom did not work Most importantly I have never felt the sound of people moving upstairs when staying in other hotels and could not sleep at night because of this disturbance Continental breakfast is a joke very few items and off them most are not working and with huge demand for breakfast there are long lines for whatever few items available and unlike other hotels we had to buy breakfast bars and water as well

The construction of the hotel is cheap, bad cellular reception, and the satellite reception was poor as well. Also the noise from the thruway could be heard easily in the guest room. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

The staff was great - all shifts. Great sense of humor. You do not see that very often, keep it up
